Not souser friendly…
The new website is not as user friendly as the previous one. Teachers have found it difficult to navigate. Courses we had subscribed to were not there. The company was quick to rectify this once alerted though.

Great communication
The reps were very friendly and eager to share information with our teachers, the books were delivered quite fast and they're the best choice when it comes to teaching Humanities and Social Sciences!

The session provided by Hodder was… New to teaching A Level Politics
The session provided by Hodder was excellent, the venue was good and the presenter delivered a very informative session that was exactly what I needed at the start of term. I gained loads of useful information that I can take back to school and use in the classroom. I would highly recommended for any teacher new to A level Government and Politics or for anyone who wants a refresher!

I purchased a subscription to a book, but was not given access. I have contacted help but have not received anything yet. Purchased the same subscription a second time, as I really need access to the book and yet it still does not work.

Don’t buy from this company unless you…
Don’t buy from this company unless you don’t intend to return anything back, as it will take upwards of 2 months to get your money back. I am still waiting for my refund… Never again!

Hopeless Website search engine
Absolutely hopeless website search tools. Very ill defined. Even when entering the exact name of the book I wanted the search results were just a jumble of mainly irrelevant publications.
