They know if they put their mind to something, then it can happen - so they start off strong but quickly their consistency diminishes. Life gets in the way. They tell themselves: "I'll get back on track tomorrow" “I don't have the time now. I don't have the energy now. I don't know how to give myself structure.” “Maybe if I had an accountability buddy.” “Maybe if I had a fancy sleep tracking ring.” “Maybe if I write a motivational post-it on my computer, it'll help." Maybe this. Maybe that. And then they fall out of the improvement loop, leaving the resolution unfinished. However. Habit Nest just lost a customer

I’m new to Habit Nest and was looking forward to start working my way through quite a few of the journals I recently purchased including the Phoenix Framework and the monthly challenge. The monthly challenge hasn’t shipped since ordered a week ago so I reached out and emailed with Lindsay. It seemed to go well and I was looking forward to my issue being resolved. I was told I would receive new shipping confirmation today which I haven’t. I sent an email back saying that this clearly isn’t being resolved which is rather unfortunate for me and to please just cancel and credit my purchase. Have not heard a word and haven’t seen anything correcting the problem. I am seriously considering returning several hundred dollars worth of journals including what I recently ordered and am waiting to receive. I had high hopes for this but Habit Nest has completely let me down. Next step is calling my credit card company to have the charge reversed. Very disappointed

Habit nest app, customer service

I downloaded the app. I had used it a couple of years ago and loved it. Then I went through some hard times and stopped. I have redownload it and paid for a year, but after six days the app prompts me to pay for a subscription. I contacted customer support and have only had one email in four days, asking for proof of purchase due to the fact that they can find the account, but not my payment. I sent that in, and haven't heard anything since. The customer service is not responsive and the tone of the only email was flippant. The chat bot appears rudamentary.
UPDATE: Thank you for your reply. The work around on the back end seems to be taking effect. I appreciate the explanation of you being the only one who is available to answer emails, I understand how that could slow the process down. Looking at the original email that I received, it could be that I interpreted the tone as flippant because it felt very casual. However, I am more than willing to accept that my interpretation could be colored due to a generational difference. Still think that the chat bot might could do with a little work. I have changed my rating because the app is the only one that I have used that really does all the things that I need. I am looking forward to continuing to use it.

Here's my response to you from Tuesday, word-for-word:

"Hi there! Happy to help. I show an account under {your email address}, but don't show a paid subscription. Can you screenshot the payment receipt and send it my way?"

I am struggling to understand where I came off as flippant. I'd love some feedback to know, so I don't make this mistake in the future. I try very veryyy hard to be kind to folks.

This definitely did take longer than usual to get back to you and I apologize. I've since done a work-around on your account and I believe we've gotten this fixed. Please reach out if it isn't, though.

Unauthorized charges

Cancelled my app subscription over a year ago and today got charged $49.99. Their website is worthless emails do not work, phone numbers wont go through and live chat doesn’t work. What a crappy way to run a business. I am half tempted to file charges with the better business bureau

Extremely disappointed with order and…

Extremely disappointed with order and free returns. Order was for journal and pdf but now I can’t return or cancel because pdfs are returnable. They should be clear in the policy.
The quality of the digital copy is poor poor images, no page marks etc. please cancel the journals before they ship

Customer charged for return shipping

Ordered 2 journals, work out in the gym and at home. Got it pretty quickly but it's very basic stuff and repetitive. Nothing you can't find on the internet. I started a return and have to pay for shipping, which is $ 21.60 (half of the cost)! What company makes the customer pay for return shipping! Will never recommend them to anyone.

I ordered the BodyWeight Home Workout…

I ordered the BodyWeight Home Workout Journal in July. I keep getting adjusted delivery times. This is the third time I was supposed to receive it yesterday and of course today I get an adjusted delivery date in the future. I will give it one more extension but I was really looking forward to using this and am very dissapointed.

Signed up on line for a 30 day free trial of the app. Was immediately sent an email thanking me for purchasing a 90 day free trail which I thought was weird than I check my paypal account and they charged it that day. Attempted to use the app and the app was requesting me to pay for access, repeatedly contacted the company who gave me the run around , provided them with screen shots showing the email and the charge on my account. I wouldn't have been upset if it actually worked but they literally took my money for an app that never worked i have several emails with them explaining the situation and was given no solution as getting my money back was offered a pdf however I paid for the APP for a reason. I have never dealt with a more frustrating company , tried correcting the issue with them so I could use the app however was given the run around finally asked for my money back and they continue to not refund my money. I have several screen shots of the interactions with this company. Don't waste your time or your money because it's a nightmare to get back.

Love the BadA$$ Goals Journal

The BadA$$ Goals journal caught my eye on FB a few weeks ago. I looked at the reviews....mixed. I searched online for something similar - could not find anything like it. I am a list maker and like to track progress so this seemed perfect. I ordered and within five days the journal was here. The communication about the order and delivery were exceptional. I'm on day 3 and I absolutely love it. it's all about the effort though, it's not a paper weight!

They took my money and never sent my product. February 17 it said it was labeled and no tracking after. Great deal if you can get it. Take the money and never send the product. I sent an email to the Chief Happiness Officer and got no response either. Don't waste your money.

I do like this journal and it’s…

I do like this journal and it’s presence has been a daily reminder to meditate. However, I’m disappointed in the writing sections, specifically within phase 3. From days 22-66 (which is a large chunk), the writing section is the same three questions. I don’t always have something to write there and often leave it blank, which is a waste. I’d rather the questions be different (maybe not everyday). But just to give you other things to think and write about. They could relate to the passages on the left side. Often times, the left side will ask questions for you to think about or a ritual to practice. But the right side doesn’t really give you the opportunity to write about what you had done.
My only other beef with this journal is the fact that it is littered with grammatical errors. I’m not so sure they had an editor. “Four things you are currently feeling, like the breeze on your skin, your the table your hand is resting on.” I also don’t like when the left side has a promotion (ie. our favorite podcasts). Feels like I am reading an ad. Put those in the back of the book.

Excellent product, fantastic customer service. …

My journals didn't arrive to me in Australia. But after I contacted them they apologised and immediately sent me out some. Now they've arrived and they look brilliant. Even better than I was hoping for. I am a very busy mother who often feels overwhelmed. I'm feeling very hopeful now that by committing 15 minutes of my day, every day, I'll be able to turn my days around to feeling in control instead of always feeling like I can't keep up. The structure of the journal is clear and consider and broken up into manageable amounts that even I think I can achieve, when already my days are too full. Thanks Habit Nest for an excellent product and kind, prompt customer service.

HabitNEST Journals are really tranforming my life

I am currently almost a month into the morning side kick journal. This is the first self help journal that as helped me tremdously, not only in developing a morning rotuine and with organization skills but it has given me a sense of clarity and a has boosted my self esteem. I would say after countless years of therapy that has not worked, this is the first journal that has. I am accountable to myself and even though my morning rotuines are not always 100 percent complete I still feel a sense of accomplishment. I was hesitant to purchase but now i have a few other journals to try there mediation and gratitude. I have the 2 3 fourth volume of the sidkick. After great success with this journal I am also trying someothers next month. I believe some habits take more then 30 days to master ingraining habits can take like around a year in my opinion or longer . this is a small babystep in the right directions.
i am beyond thankful and grateful for these journals it has changed my life in more postive ways then not.
