The website states that duties are included and ships worldwide, but that was not my experience. After placing my order on March 28, I was asked to pay an additional $19.90 in customs fees, despite being told it would be reimbursed.
Shipping was also very slow—I didn’t receive the item until April 23. The refund for the customs fee was not handled properly and required a PayPal dispute.
Overall, misleading information, extra charges, and long delivery time. The product quality is average and not worth the hassle. I would not recommend ordering from this seller.

I ordered a dress and been literally ghosted.

This is a scam website. I placed an order on Wednesday 28th January 2026, they confirmed the order with order number: 002451606. I haven't heard back from them since.
I requested to cancel this order on Thursday 29th January, and I still haven't heard back. They are charging way too much money for zero communication.

I ordered a trench coat from Habeyclub, and they didn’t ship it for almost a month.
When the parcel finally arrived, I was shocked by the quality — I’ve never seen anything so poorly made (photos attached).

I immediately requested a return and refund. According to their website, I had to contact them and wait for a reply.
At first, they didn’t understand what the issue was, saying “everything is always fine.”
Only after I sent them photos did they send me a return address — no official return forms or instructions.

A few days after they received the item, they completely disappeared. I kept sending emails, but they never responded.
I was only able to get my money back through my bank, and even that took nearly another month.

The entire process took around 3 months. No apology, no explanation — nothing.
I also had to waste time filling out multiple bank forms to recover the funds.

Honestly, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
I do not recommend this brand.
