I love the product, the only set back is that the flow of the water is quite small, so it takes a bit long for bigger bottles, but other than that its perfect. Love how i can drink any temp of water whenever i want. ❤️

Highly recommend. Water tastes better.

I’ve been using H2O water purifiers for about 5-6months since March and got both the under-sink and countertop models. The difference is amazing — the water tastes so much cleaner and fresher now. Honestly, it’s been a lifesaver here in Ballarat where the tap water quality isn’t the best. Really happy with the purchase!

I had been researching water filters online for quite some time before deciding on H2O. I’ve been using an under-sink filter for over ten years, so my main considerations were water quality and installation fee.

What made me choose this filter was that it could dispense water at different temperatures, and the hot water is produced instantly rather than stored in a tank. If I had chosen an under-sink option with both hot and cold water functions plus installation, it would have cost me $3,000+. Instead, I got this countertop model for about one-third of the price. Although it takes up more space, I was pleasantly surprised that it also dispenses ice-cold water.

That said, I was slightly disappointed that the hot water temperature isn’t as high as advertised. Another drawback is the amount of wastewater it produces. While it’s possible to reuse the wastewater, the actual amount is significantly more than the one-quarter stated online, which was a bit of a letdown.

Another thing I want to mention is that before purchasing this filter, I asked Chris a lot of questions over WhatsApp. He answered every single one of them patiently, which gave me the confidence to go ahead with my purchase. Without his helpful responses, I probably would still be researching instead of buying.

Great product, works really well and tastes great

Money’s well spent on this great product and Chris is very helpful on explaining for the first time users. The downside for me is putting abit far from the sink everytime I emptied the waste water tank a bit heavy to carry ‘coz I have shoulder injury, but overall the product is great.

Love it, couldn't be happier

Amazing communication from Chris from the start. Our water filter arrived in Western Australia in two days, so super fast delivery also. The machine was very easy to unbox and set up, and we are loving how good it looks in the kitchen. A big bonus is that the kids love it, and are drinking so much more water now. The other bonus is the instant boiling water for making tea and coffee. This machine really is the best.

I love my Cascade benchtop water filter. It's sleek, actually kinda fun and novel to use. Only requires me to re-fill once per day (based on how much my family of 4 uses). Easy to maintain, easy set up. H2OAU were super communicative and helpful, shipping was fast. I like the quality and would reccomend to others.
