What a seamless and pleasant experience. From the initial contact, showroom visit, order process to the install by Tony (after the crane had landed the hot tub over the house!). It was all really easy with excellent communication and customer service.

Dan was very friendly and knowledgeable with regard to every aspect of the service. The hot tub looked like new after he had finished.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Girls at the showroom very professional and knowledgeable, made picking the right hot tub easy for us! Delivery was efficient and excellent… the guys were professional, kept everywhere clean and tidy and gave us a real good run down on how to maintain and get the best out our hot tub, we was left with all guidance and literature… I would deffo recommend the instal and starter kit , makes life much easier …. Thanks guys !

Purchase was easy and hassle free. No pressure sales just genuine honest advise. Very small deposit was good as some companies need all the money up front. Install team (Aaron and George) were proffessional, polite and very knowledgeable. Cant coment on after sales yet but im confident it will be as good as pre sales. Would highly reccomend.

Fantastic service from initial enquiry with Molly and Katie so helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Tony and Ty arrived and set up the tub so efficiently - answered all my questions and couldn't have been friendlier. They've explained the after care and servicing options. Absolutely fantastic company with the nicest staff. Made everything easy from start to finish, Pauline, Molly and Katie were great with answering questions and sale. Pauline went above and beyond to help with sale and delivery before my daughters birthday.
Tony and George delivered and installed our azure hot tub and are two of the nicest guys! Super helpful explaining everything and George even had a dance with our littlen one 😹❤️. Can not recommend this company enough!

The team at H20 Hot Tubs were amazing from start to finish. Pauline & Katie in sales dealt with all the installation questions we had and managed to get us the Hot Tubs we wanted and installed really quickly.
Tony & Ty on delivery and installation were courteous and engaging and led us through all the operation & maintenance things we needed to know.

I had Dan come and fit a new pump and service my hot tub, rang me to update me on his arrival, clean and efficient from the start. Very polite and friendly certainly a top fella. This company has been so helpful from the start of my hot tub experience, from sorting the transport to servicing and parts. I would recommend the company to anyone who has a spa, and have done. Keep up the good work guys

Molly was excellent from the start and the 4500 series hot tub is superb - I did a huge amount of research and H20 have struck the perfect balance between high quality and price.

Had a slight blip when the WiFi module add on I ordered didn’t arrive and it was suggested I should fit it myself when posted out to me including removing the side and accessing the electrical components. After a little discussion however it was agreed that the engineer would come out and install as originally agreed.

Overall though 5 stars and couldn’t be happier with my tub!

From buying the hot tub to the install it was faultless I can’t praise Molly Kate Aaron and BigT enough

The girls in the Nottingham showroom were superb, very knowledgeable and so helpful, no hard sell what so ever, every stage of the journey went without a hitch from purchase to installation, lf you are considering purchasing a jacuzzi l can not recommend this company enough.....

So simple to order and with and follow up call for peace of mind was excellent thanks to the whole team

The selection and order process was really quick and easy, delivery was on time and efficient. Sadly there was a fault on the horrible from the factory but after contacting the H2O team they provided support and replaced the faulty part. Hot tub works perfectly well now and is a great item to make use of. The tub itself is easy to maintain and filter access has been really easy. We were given additional filters as a gesture of good will by the tech team from H2O after the issue we encountered. Appreciated. Thanks 👍
