I have no complaints. They stocked what I was looking for at a reasonable price. My order arrived quickly.

Got there in the end but no complaints.
Some bargains to be had .

I've had the terrible misfortune of ordering from gymstop as I was lured in with the lower prices, but sadly I didn't check the reviews thoroughly enough. Avoid buying from this company at all costs.

I've order my favourite protein on 15th of February, as it was cheaper than other shops and my usual shop was out of stock. The shipping was to Italy and it said it should take 9-14 business days + extra 4 as they have too many orders. I got an email that the order is being shipped, but email from the delivery company, which was weird, but not unusual when shipping from another country. I was cool with that as it was cheaper and I really like the brand of protein, the 4 extra days also raised my confidence with gymstop as it looked like they had a lot of business which means that it's probably not a scam.

Oh boy was I ever wrong.. After 20 business days (13th of March) and no info I decided to write then an email, to which I got no response to this day (other than the automatic one saying that they'll get to it in 1-2 business days, but it's been more than 15 days and nothing).
On 17th of March I started to get suspicious so I sent a message to all of their social media accounts, to which they replied on Instagram after 3 days saying that they'll need to check with the shipping company, I finally had a glimpse of hope and replied to them to give me some more information, but guess what.. it's 4th of April and that message is the only contact with them that I had and my order is still missing.

When I had checked the shop app as they suggest it just says that it's waiting for information from them.
If you like your money, don't order from them, as the 118 £ that I've spent would have been better used as firestarter and it would have been less frustrating.
I hope somebody from the company will see this and at least have the dignity to reply to any of the messages that I've sent and not tell me to reach out to them (because I already did!) as they did to other reviews like mine..

Recived my order yesterday very good products fast shipping will order again in the future 👏🏻

Item was delayed for some unknown reason. We knew the bars were out of date. But it took longer than expected to arrive.

Order was processed and despatched quickly. Lovely selection of products and good value.

Shocking! No updates, no possibility to contact, no response, no items, no money! I have to go through bank fraud team to receive my money back. Never ever again!!!!

What a disgrace of a company you are.taking an order not fulfilling the order then ignoring messages sent to you.After reading other reviews from this company have realised there is a lot of people angry at not receiving there orders,Iam particularly concerned about the response from there so called customer service,if I this was me I would not be able to sleep at night.

Didn't read the reviews, wish I had now. Ordered on the 8th of march, waited a week no arrival of order. Chased order up was told it has been picked and be a few days still not here on the 18th.
Pointless having bargain prices if you never receive anything. Will wait till end of week. If not will go through bank.

Got a cracking deal on some past dated whey, unfortunately when it arrived it was in 825g tubs, as opposed to 1.1kg tubs as advertised. I contacted Gymstop and they quickly rectified the issue to my satisfaction. I'll be back.

Whilst the product I ordered was unsuitable, I emailed over to inform of this and David supported instantly to provide a refund which was much appreciated. It can be frustrating when there is no phone number for a company but it did not matter, as their service was on point.

placed order for 6 protein tubs, unfortunately 2 of the tubs were damaged in transit and leaking. emailed their help@ email and David refunded the 2 tubs promptly. good customer service and would use them again. its a shame there was damage but how they dealt with the situation would make me buy from them again.

Used them before.Was fine.Ordered goods again.Some of the goods where missing.Contacted them by email for refund on missing items.They offered les money than the missing goods where worth. Unreliable dodgy company. DONT USE THEM!! Refund still not in bank account yet too. Re reply your refund was less than the missing goods and no refund yet.Donate refund too charity if you like.Simply will never use you again.now sent me a email asking what the problem is as tho i have not discussed the problem before.joke customer support..finally got email stating refund granted and in my bank

I ordered some protein and as Part of the promotion they were giving a free shaker and creatine (as advertised). I recieved the protein shake and the didn not recieve the creatine which is the main reason I made the order, in recieved some other supplement.

When I complained online, it was rejected and dismissed. I only wanted to know how to return the other supplement and get the creatine and it was dismissed.

Please avoid at all costs, the promotions are not accurate and only used to drag people to order.

Placed a order still haven’t received it 2 weeks later. Emailed to get an update, said they would look into it & haven’t heard anything else

I ordered and paid for two boxes of protein bars. Only one box arrived. Company said they would look onto it but had no reply since.

Ordered and paid for a 2xxl water bottle. Sent an email about dispatch time as it took over a week and hadn’t have any updates except a generic “we will reply blah blah” from a bot. Never got a reply. When the order arrived they’d sent the wrong bottle, an xl instead of a 2xxl which I ordered for a reason. Won’t be using this company again. Would have been quicker and easier to just go and buy one from a shop. Sent a complaint email, got a bot.
