They accidentally made a mistake when ringing me up and I didn't catch it until I was on my way home. They went out of their way to make sure they fixed it in a manner that was satisfactory to me. They have always been very helpful in all of my dealings with them.

The delivery and set up was smooth and as promised. It's a great store have done business with them years prior.

Service in the store and delivery were excellent!

I find their grips to be excellent. They allow me to use heavier weights when I do lat pulldowns and not suffer increased callouses.

Best buying experience ever!

Very honest , lots of knowledge of equipment

Sales help on price reduction. Availability in store , not good. U need to lower shipping costs. Good quality.

Recently purchased a TuffStuff weight machine and a True Treadmill. Very happy with the products as well as the delivery and set up.

Chris the manager was very personable and knowledable in taking me through my options in purchasing a stationery bike. Have been back since.

There are many choices in the exercise equipment industry- Gym Source helped us narrow down our selection to two pieces that really meet our needs well.

Mark in Danbury, CT is great to work with and always remembers us. We visit once in a while for more needs and he is always courteous, well informed and extremely knowledgeable in guiding us to the proper fitness products....a pleasure to work with!

These guys know their stuff and the prices are very fair if you catch a sale. Highly recommend them!

Thank you , great price next day dilivery

Jeff at the White Plains store was exceptional both during the purchase and working with me during the delivery process. Highly recommended.

Great experience, from purchase to delivery to follow up!

Keith, the manager of the store was a pleasure to work with. He was personable, professional and knowledgeable. I told him what kind of workout I was interested in and my concerns about placing too much pressure on my lower back and knees. He confirmed my thoughts about trying the Arc Trainer and I purchased one. I am extremely happy with this machine and the service that I received from Gym source!

they delivered and set up, but one piece not working and 1 piece missing a piece. Technician came back, but can't fix, still not working. waiting for our 3rd appointment for repairs on equipment no one has used yet. Frustrating.

So far
Sales to delivery was a great experience

From the moment we walked through the door, the team at Gym Source was extremely helpful without being pushy. We did not feel pressured or pushed in any way and were given honest feedback about the products. Even the delivery/setup team was great! They were professional and asked if I needed any instructions on how to use the treadmill we purchased. In the future, when we are ready to purchase additional equipment for our home, I will be going back to Gym Source for it. Thank you, Gym Source.
