They tried to scam me
I ordered 3 LED lamp and on one picture on the website it shows that it comes with tripod.
However it came with no trippod so I talked with the customer support and they told me all fine just return the product and buy this bundle that comes with tripod.
All good I send back the products.
They receive the product and I receive an email saying "the parcel is empty please send us back the product" while we clearly see 1 box in the parcel (the mfer removed 1 box on the side and said its empty".
Then I said I contest their claim and I ask them to look forward for an investigation from the carrier as they are the customer.
Then silence lol
However I opened a dispute with my bank and wait for the refund

I bought a set of two GVM PRO-SD300 Bi-Color lamps. The package was shipped from Germany the next business day, and I received it 2 weeks later. This is very fast delivery for me, as I live on the Canary Islands and packages rarely arrive before 15 days. I should note that the package was held at customs for over a week, which delayed delivery. I haven't used the lamps yet; I only connected them to test whether everything works. They seem well-made. After my first experience, I can confidently recommend them.

2 months waiting (and counting)
I ordered lights on 13 May 2025 directly from the GVMled.com website. 15th of July still waiting. I have followed up a number of times on the order by email. In fairness, I have received a response each time. So far the excuses are:
"slow handling of shipments by our warehouse manager. Unfortunately, he has not responded to any shipping updates so far, and we are also quite frustrated by this situation"
"We have recently been processing the backlog of orders that were previously delayed due to insufficient inventory."
"The warehouse staff informed me that all unshipped orders will be processed this week. "
"Our warehouse staff is currently away on a business trip, which has temporarily affected our shipping schedule."
I will never buy their products again.

Maybe I would have to say something redeeming about their products but I never got them and my question regarding refund are being ignored. Even if I get this lights in the end I don’t recommend dealing with this company. Customer service is non existent.

I purchased the GVM 800D 40W RGB + Softbox but did not receive a Softbox. When I contacted customer service, they said it was a mistake and that the Softbox is not included, even though it is listed on their website and on my receipt. Now they want me to buy it separately. I strongly advise against purchasing from them.
Update:
GVM has now offered to send me a Softbox free of charge but wants me to cover the shipping costs… which isn’t fair, as I purchased and paid for a product that included a Softbox. Why should I have to pay for their mistake?

I’ve had several email correspondences, and GVM now says they will send a Softbox free of charge. Initially, they wanted me to pay for the shipping, which I didn’t think was fair. Now they’re saying they will send it, and I won’t have to pay anything.
However, it’s been 10 days, and it still hasn’t been shipped. They keep saying I should just wait.
I’m starting to wonder if I’ll ever actually receive it.

L'acquisto è stato fatto con azienda e dopo 30gg dall'acquisto non ho ancora ricevuto nessuna Fattura nonostante abbia scritto molte email e chat. L'assistenza cliente è penosa e sono veramente spaventato se dovessi avere problemi con i proiettori. Chiederò il reso perché mi sembra un azienda poco seria.

Begin november kocht ik een GVM SLIDER-80 Wireless Professional Carbon Fiber Motorized Camera Slider (32")(Ship from Netherlands) bij GVMLEDEU.COM.
In de Instagram advertenties lijkt het een topbedrijf met betaalbare video benodigdheden, maar niets blijkt minder waar.
De aankoopbevestiging was al wat vaag en incompleet en een paar dagen later had ik nog geen verzendbevestiging. Toen ik mailde om te vragen wat de status was kreeg ik 1 korte regel terug: "I will ship this week, don't you worry". Dat was alles.
Weer ruim een week later nog steeds niets. Heb deze "Jay" meerdere keren gemaild wanneer hij nou ging versturen en dat ik m'n geld teurg wil als hij niet binnen 2 dagen reageert en de slider verstuurt, maar hij reageert helemaal nergens meer op. Dit riekt naar de reinste oplichterij en ik vrees dat ik mijn (gelukkig niet meer dan) 179,00 wel gedag kan zeggen.
UPDATE: valk na het nogmaals klagen en deze review online gezet te hebben kreeg ik vandaag ineens een verzendbevestiging...
We gaan zien wat ik krijg en wanneer...
GVM LED80W (1+1 Free) SCAM !!
I ordered the GVM LED80W (1+1 Free) to Europe. GVM has some of the best marketing videos on social media platforms, and they even confirmed on their Instagram that the Shopify website where I placed my order is indeed theirs.
However, GVM appears to be another big scam company, making promises they can’t keep. I placed my order on September 26, and I still haven’t received anything. Their customer service is terrible—a robotic email response arrives once a week with the same generic message.
The product itself is real—I’ve ordered one before through Amazon. But this time, I’m left waiting with no proper explanation.
Meanwhile, they’re still promoting the 1+1 deal. Don’t fall for it—you’ll lose your money!

I ordered GVM SD80S 80W two lights, and the order has been in transit for over 30 days. I am very dissatisfied because they respond to emails very slowly, constantly making excuses that the shipment is stuck in customs. I really hope the product arrives, but the customer service is just a disaster. I thought I would save money, but if I had known things would be this bad, I definitely would have paid double and bought the lights elsewhere. I do not recommend!

I ordered their sd80 lights where you buy one and get one free. It’s been almost a month and they keep telling me that held up in customs. I live in Portugal which is in the EU so what customs would it be going through? I’m just fed up with this. I want my money back and I will never order from them again. For those of you that are thinking about buying from them you’ve been warned. Purchase at your own risk.

Bought a slider that was in stock, shipped from The Netherlands, order was confirmed but not dispatched so I mailed customer support. I got a boiler plate answer from their ‘marketing manager’.
“The container is going through customs”
Yeah there is no customs between countries in the European Union that holds your stuff, that is the whole point of the European Economic Union.
And then there is nothing sent via container between landlocked countries…
Oh and in case you’d argue they had it in stock in China and shipped it out with container, that would make it the fastest ship in the world.
They just lie to their customers.
So a week later, no news, mails don’t get answered, I’ll just write it off I guess?

To all individuals considering purchasing equipment online from GVM: I wanted to share my recent experience, as I was unfamiliar with this brand and made a purchase after seeing an enticing advertisement on my Instagram feed one evening. I bought the LED Pro lights and camera slider using my card for online payment. The next morning, I woke up feeling uneasy, realizing I had spent a significant amount of money without researching the company's history online beforehand. I had made my purchase through 'gvmled.myshopify.com' and upon reading reviews about 'myshopify', I became alarmed, fearing I had fallen victim to a scam and lost my money.
I decided to visit the gvmled.com website and utilized their chat option to speak with an adviser. Within 5 min, I was connected to a real person who reassured me that 'gvmled.myshopify.com' was a legitimate company website, and my order was being processed. They assured me that I would receive my goods shortly. To my relief, I received a confirmation of my shipment and tracking details from DHL within a day. Today (week later), I received my goods, which were nicely packed and delivered on time taking to consideration Easter break.
I cannot express my gratitude enough to GVM for their excellent value, outstanding customer service, and quality products that I hope will serve me well for years to come. GVM LED keeps ignoring all my emails after my order was sent back to sender halfway for no reason. It's been 20 days. Still don't know if or when will I receive my order. Terrible costumer service! Avoid!
