I am living in Ankara for 2 years and the only hospital I am coming is Güven. All of the international staff are making a great job. I haven't had one single problem. I want to thank all team and especially Serena and Selen.

The international patient department especially the translators and assistants are very helpful.

The doctors are also experts on their field and I feel very comfortable and safe with them with all my health concerns.

From the moment I contacted the hospital, she assisted me at every step with exceptional professionalism and care, ensuring a seamless process before, during, and after my visit. The surgeon was great. Procedure went very well. Nursing staff including English translating staff did a fantastic job. Guven is a great hospital.

Aydan is a wonderful translator. She has helped me and my daughter with several appointments. She is such a kind and empathetic person. Always asking how I am doing. She is a great reason I keep returning to Guven Hospital for care.

The International office of this hospital is simply amazing! I had to do a check-up as part of a process to get a job in a company, and they arranged everything to me and my family. I have been extremely happy with Aydan Hanim who has been helping our family throughout the pregnancy. She has taken good care of us even when she hasn’t been at office and guided us to the right doctors when needed.

Aydan was the most wonderful interpreter my mother and I had when we did our full body check up at Guven Hospital. She was so patient, kind, understanding, and she was very helpful regarding scheduling as well. She is the best!

Very professional atmosphere. I’m usually in and out for all of my visits. The translators are always helpful for international guest. Aydan is the best and treats me with respect.

The support provided form the international team is really good. All the ladies and gentlemen that had come with me to the appointments had been helpful.

I would like to suggest that the ladies that work at the front desk to have a better attitude as some times you can feel they are upset with life and therefore it’s not so welcoming.

Iream and Serena are really kind and helpful always wanting to support and listen.

Elvina Abdullayeva provided outstanding service for my mother, a Ukrainian and Russian speaker, while she was hospitalized in Guven hospital recently. She translated effectively and was a fantastic advocate for the patient at all hours, showing professionalism and care at all times.

We have had several reasons to visit Guven Hospital in the last year. Most notably was to obtain medical treatment for our child who had a ruptured appendix. Obviously a concerning time for us as parents, but the all of the staff at the international desk were very helpful and adept at their jobs. Particularly the translaters who helped us convey the symptoms of our childs illness. One of the International patient relations specialists who was particulary helpful was Serena Yumurtacı, who has exceptional english language proficiency and extremely diligent in assisting us navigate all the different medical requirments for our child. We are very thankful for her help,

Güven is a great hospital where I have gotten many things taken care of for our family. İrem is a wonderful translator and guide through the processes of the hospital.

The experience was very good. The wait times were quite short and the service from the reception was extremely accommodating.

لقد زرت مستشفى كوفان عدة مرات وكان اخذي للعلاج ممتاز اشكر الدكتور المحترم الجراح لطفي سويلو الذي اجري لي العمليه وايضا اشكر دكتور كوكهان اوزير المحترم الذي اجري لي عملية اخرى بسبب حالتي الصحيه واوصي باقي المرضه الذين يريدون اخذ العلاج في مستشفى كوفان فهي مستشفى تقدم افضل العلاج والرعايه الصحيه على اكمل وجه والمترجمين الرائعين الذين رافقوني طول مسيرة علاجي .شكرا من القلب 💕

Hello, I had a nose operation by the ENT Department, Dr. Onur Çiftii, and it was an excellent operation. The hospital’s VIP service and the Middle East Arabic Language Department’s interpreters were the best interpreters ever, in terms of their ethics, interest, and excellent care. I am still very grateful to the hospital.
