Great Product Quality, but Disappointing Customer Support Experience

Based on the rave reviews I saw across multiple platforms, I ordered a set of T-shirts for my son directly from their website. When the order was delivered, I realized that the size ran a bit smaller than expected and would not properly fit my son. I immediately placed a return request.
It has now been over two weeks since I initiated the return, yet I have received no confirmation, update, or information about when the pickup might happen.
That said, credit where it is due, the fabric quality of the shirt is genuinely nice and very soft.
However, it feels disappointing that after gaining popularity from Shark Tank, the brand’s customer support experience seems to have taken a hit. Unfortunately, this is a pattern we have seen repeated with several emerging Indian startups and brands once they gain widespread attention.
Edit: It was really appreciable to see the team provide instruction as soon as the got my mail. That said the team should be proactive in covering the scenarios linked to the e-commerce platform being used. They should be notified when the order page on their own site showed return initiated status.

Delightful experience!

Delightful experience!
I must say, I'm impressed by collection Guuglywuugly has to offer.

Pleasantly surprised by how soft & comfortable materials for child skin, ensuring not only look great but feel great while wearing.

Furthermore, I would like to mention the prompt delivery and good packaging.

I would recommend thisplatform for kids wear. Fantastic experience!!!

Best buying experience

I ordered one t-shirt for my son, and it's so good that now his majority of wardrobe is full of Guugly Wuugly t-shirts, I hope they launch more new products and other kids accessories.

Amazing quality of products

Amazing quality of products. Got tshirts for both of my kids and they found it so good. Product quality is very good. And also even after so many washes the colour has not faded Material is very soft.

Well, guugly wuugly..!! This is a big brand in making, giving a hell of a competition to recognised brands in quality, quantity and pricing..
Giving such high quality fibre at so nominal rates..!
Keep it up..

I ordered 3 tshirts for my neice and 2 for my nephew from Guugly Wuugly. The quality was so good. Love the colours and design. Good collection in affordable price.Highly recommended 👍
