From start to finish everything went smoothly, with minimum disruption. I can’t praise the engineers enough, from Mike who did the initial survey, to Lewis, Jack and Brian, who installed my new boiler, with which I am very pleased. I would have no hesitation in recommending Guscott Heating Services.

Unfortunately I was really disappointed with the service from Guscott . Firstly I was given a window of between 1 pm and 5 pm for the arrival of the engineer but 2 out of 3 occasions he was late ! 5:45 pm and 5:25 pm , and one of those occasions was to come back because he hadn’t completed it properly the first time . I was given completely different information from the engineer about times and prices to what I got from the lady in the office therefore the bill being a lot more than what I budgeted for from the engineers information. I felt it necessary to e mail the company and give my honest feedback of how things had gone to which I received a phone call off the owner telling me I need to be more understanding!! I’m all I was very disappointed and found it all pretty unprofessional.

What can I say, perfect, we had some work done by these guys, they were very cost effective, proficient , professional and really knew what they were doing.

I am highly delighted with the service, courtesy and diligence shown to us and how the work was carried out.

Highly recommended indeed and our future heating requirements are all now catered for moving forward as you will most certainly get all our business - huge thank-you

Excellent service! The engineer Henry was efficient, on time (early!) neat and tidy, quick, friendly and courteous, what more can I say? Did a great job rewiring and updating our outdated control panel and thermostat for the Tado system. All working perfectly. Would definitely recommend Guscott Heating Services, they are a step above your average "plumber"!

Quick, efficient and well priced ... although they did get my name wrong on the invoice!

I called Guscott Heating on Wednesday regards a leaking downstairs wc and they sent out a Plumber that afternoon and it was a first time fix, and at a very fair price. The Plumber (Michael) was very friendly and helpful too. Would highly recommend!! In fact I am getting them back to service my underfloor heating before the winter.
