not up to the mark
Placed order on occasion of Diwali to share sweets with friends and family but was disappointed with the sweets I received . Though products were fresh but , one product was too sweet to taste bitter, other sweet prepared in oil was giving bitter taste too. 3rd and 4th sweets were undercooked and spoiled the enthusiasm of sharing sweets.I dropped idea of sharing sweets with friends and gave them chocolates instead.

Great sweets well packaged
Great sweets well packaged, good communication on delivery only small issue we ordered 1 x vegan and 1 x gluten free box, however they are identical boxes with no identification of which is which.

Excellent service and the food, was…
Excellent service and the food was delicious except for the potatoe vadhas, I found them too floury. My preference is for the potatoes to have texture and these just crumbled and did not retain their flavour.

sweets for Diwali
We ordered sweets for Diwali. They were as fresh and delicious as they could be. Really impressed with the taste and packaging. Especially the boondi laddu were just yumm!!

The ordered items were ok but delivery…
The ordered items were ok but delivery was the problem. First time I placed an order I was sent a message saying not able to deliver as no one at home, we were and there is a camera. This order iwas given date and time slot, delivery arrived the day after given date.

Beware
Sweets were not fresh but edible. Packaging was unmarked and logo of the brand was missing. It looked like some other supplier has supplied the sweets on your behalf.

Couldnt check against Invoice, as items had no code or name at all
Lost good marks purely because, How on earth can you check the delivery/invoice against the goods in the box when items have no name, ref or code at all. One of the boxes leaked a sticky syrup mess that went all over the place and other boxes.

Delicious mithai/sweets efficiently delivered.
Website is clear and easy to use. Order and delivery was completed as requested. Suggestions: 1) some boxes could show the contents in writing 2) If possible allow individual choice for mixed mithai box.
