Gunpla San Anmeldelser

Great assistance and communication in ensuring the correct part was selected and ordered, fast process all round and genuinely courteous the whole time.

It’s my first play to go for all thing gundam related. I used to Ali Express. It started having issues around cancellations. Now I look at Gunpla San and go there first. Have to wait sometimes but they have always delivered

Always fast delivery with some of the best packaging around when it comes to protecting your model kits.

The company provided an accurately described and illustrated product, this product was well packaged, and sealed, and the company was very quick to dispatch the product. A great overall service, thanks.

Good selection of kits at reasonable prices. Arrived in good time and well packaged. Would buy from again.

You can really tell the type of company from their response if something goes wrong.

I bought a LED kit for the 1/100 Aerial Full Mechanics unfortunately the head LED flexi board and a faulty component, after a email to them the issue was solved with minimal fuss and a replacement part sent out.

Top quality customer service, would recommend if they have what you want at the price you want.

Return customer always great service.
Hard to find items at a great price, fast dispatch and safe packaging.
Will be back for more.

Kevin was really helpful and was great to deal with

Bought 6 SNAA models which came in great time and in a very well packaged and secure box. All in all a great experience and will purchase from here again.

Very good customer service. My items were on backorder: when I emailed them to verify what was happening, they responded with a pretty good indication of when to expect them. They arrived well packaged with bubble wrap and edge protection, and the items were all exactly as advertised.

Packaging amazing, shipping was quick and was just grateful to get a rather hard item to ship over here so easily, they're a godsend when it comes to the hobby.
