After several messages and emails i still have made no progress with my order and they have just stopped communicating with me for the past week completly. DONT waist your money here
I’ve placed an order at their website, the item was available, after one day they’ve replied saying that the item was out of stock. Which e-commerce trade these days doesn’t have a real time stock check? The funny thing is that they also took the chance to propose alternatives. If I wanted alternatives I could go and buy them at pharmacy down the road. I decided to pay a premium to get that specific item and they let me down. Waiting for refund…
Couldn’t be more happier with my experience dealing with Gulf Physio. My son in Dubai needed rigid strapping tape and I was able to order it online from home and have it delivered to him. Service was very friendly, helpful and professional. Great communication via WhatsApp and easy payment via Stripe. Even got a follow up message to check that the order had been received. Very happy with the product and the service.
Great service from Gulf Physio! I was on the lookout for pure magnesium sulfate to create custom bath salts, and they offered me an excellent deal on a 25 kg bag. The customer support was fantastic, guiding me through the purchase process. The delivery was incredibly fast—I received my order within 2 days, well-packaged and in perfect condition. A few days later, I made my first sale of bath salts, thanks to their epsom salts. I'm very pleased with the entire experience and highly recommend Gulf Physio for their reliable service and quality products. Thanks a ton!
