Le bois est de bonne qualité, le montage relativement simple. J'ai dû rabaisser le sillet de tête de 1 mm, et changer les 3 visses du vibrato. Les potards sont correctes, les micros surprenants, les mécaniques, non ... Je l'ai monté en 9/46, réglée à ma convenance, c'est une super pelle!! Je change les mécaniques et le vibrato qui sont franchement pas terribles. Et les cordes bien-sûr, qui ne servent qu'à aligner le manche...

Puse el vinilo a mi guitarra y al los pocos días ya se ha ido despegando la capa brillante del vinilo. A priori queda bien, pero es mucho más preferible gastar el tiempo en pintar de nuevo la guitarra.

También intenté contactar con ellos por si me ofrecían alguna solución y no obtuve respuesta

Have bought 2 kits and they are superb but the last item I purchased was a electric circuit ,pic ups pots etc,It came from France and took over 2 weeks to arrive ,”Not guitar Fabrik “ fault ,probably customs . Anyhow highly recommended company .

The Complete Hand-polishing Kit was AMAZING - it took the Nitro Finish to a new level, removed swirls and made it look like glass (The guitar never looked like this before)

Excellent service. Using the Royal Mail was reliant, punctual and a lot more reassuring than certain well known couriers.
Product was well packaged, delivery date was earlier than notification suggested. Price was great.

Tru oil arrivato con spedizione veloce e molto bene imballato.

Les bandes de masquage fournies avec le kit et qui étaient conseillées par vous lors de l achat ne sont pas adaptées aux teintures.
Malgré le masquage sur les bindings blancs et le sillet, le bleu à dégueulé sur le blanc.
On m a proposé de m envoyer un nouveau sillet que j attends toujours. 3 mécaniques sur 6 sont impossibles à installer car l axe eest trop gros ou l écrou trop petit, j'attends toujours une réponse.

Je prend mon temps pour en faire un petit bijou.
Suis impatient de l'entendre résonner.
Si complètement satisfait, évidement que j'achèterai un nouveau modèle.

Kit commandé le 15 Mars 2025 et reçu en quelques jours.
Au déballage je constate un défaut sur le manche.
Mail envoyé au service client le 21/03, en Français et Anglais avec photos.

Sans réponse, nouveaux mails envoyés le 29/03 puis le 01/04.

Enfin une réponse le 02/04, un employé constate le défaut qui selon lui a échappé au contrôle qualité et propose un retour pour remplacement.
Si je suis d'accord, je dois confirmer par mail pour recevoir un bordereau de retour.

Depuis j'ai envoyé plusieurs messages (02/04, 05/04, 07/04) sans jamais recevoir de réponse...

I part built an acoustic guitar in my youth and never completed it. I purchased this kit to enable me continue where I left off.
The kit was good value for money and looks very respectable, providing me with the satisfaction of completing my project.

Received a guitar kit which had a split in the neck. Not the best start.
Eventually got in contact with somebody who provided £25 refund and free grain filler to fix the neck. Being qualified in guitar maintenance gave me the ability to complete the fix.
Unfortunately, I have no idea what this product is like because it still hasn’t arrived after more than 2 weeks. Apparently it’s stuck in customs!!!

Considering this is a fix for a guitar kit issue that was also a less than smooth transaction, you’d have thought they would make sure they got it right but……….!!!!!

Definitely not a pleasurable experience in any way and probably won’t be back

Edit update
After another two weeks waiting for the grain filler so I can repair the neck, it is still stuck in customs and although I was promised an update on what is happening, non was received and I cannot repair my guitar neck unless of course I buy my own grain filler.

This is a totally unsatisfactory service and I won’t be buying from this company again. I cannot believe that the uk warehouse has not been replenished with stock and they cannot supply me from that.

One very frustrated customer!

Too early to say about the kit but it seems to be all there. Frustrating that the instructions don’t really deal with the Ricky copy I bought and keeps banging on about other guitars (the photos seem to relate to a tele?
Delivery was chaotic, why do suppliers split packages then say they’ve completed the delivery?
The body has a recess behind the bridge with no explanation as to what is supposed to happen to it. Different finish (it’s not as good as the body generally) or is there something missing.
Email responses take too long and nobody picks up the phone.
It’s interesting that Guitar Fabrik only as for reviews if you’ve had a good experience, really!

After 6 months, it's done ! Was it easy? No, but so exciting. Step by step, I took the time. It's not perfect, but I learned a lot. I'm proud of the result, and ready for a new kit.
