False advertising. Her images for the different sizes are all the same. When I ordered the 1oz jar, I was shown a 4oz jar and didn’t think I needed to double check that what I was seeing was not the correct image or size jar. You have to zoom in to see that all sizes option images shown are the same image and 4oz jars pictured. So when I received the jars and they were these tiny sample sizes for 22$ each… I felt completely fooled and upset. I brought it up to their management for refund as they are unopened and shared my concern of how they were being honest, and proceeded to deny my request for a refund and lied about portraying all sizes with proper image identification. I just don’t think it’s right to fool people this way. Not honest. Makes you question the entire company and what they stand for. What else are they not being forthcoming about?

This is a totally scam - she is cheating money from people. She make herself seem like a good person, that is not what she is. She steal money from people. I have tried to cancelled my order since friday and now she ignore me, send my order and took my money - even though she knows that I didn’t wanted the order. Really bad service and policy. She promise discount and free shipping. But I didn’t got free shipping - she took 33$ in shipping and when I let her know, she told me to write an email - which I already had. Now she ignores my massage on “seen” in instagram and have taking money from my account.
