The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was convenient and they have the loading dock, carts, and dollies which made the move so much easier. Definitely recommend this facility!

I first had a good experience when I first inquired for a small storage. I then came back from vacation and showed up there the day after my bill was due, at the opening. I asked the lady if she could wave the $15 late fee, saying that I was just coming back from out of town and could not come the day before. She went on a 5 mns rant, with an admonishing tone of voice, saying I should have remembered, that I was back in town the day before so I should have come by...etc. All I was asking was a yes or no and she treated me like a 3 year old kid.Very rude.

I was a customer of Guardian Storage for over a year, growing from one to three climate-controlled units of varying sizes, as I packed up my house, put it up for sale and then had to unpack from storage into a new place to live. I found tremendous cooperation all during the process, and would recommend them to anyone.

My experience was 100% positive!

We had to rent a unit during moving, therefore, we had our good furniture, etc. stored. Once I saw the storage unit I knew our stuff would be in good hands! They are extremely clean and security is everywhere. I would definitely use them again!!

The woman working at the office was fantastic. We looked at a unit, signed all of the paperwork, got all of the instructions we needed and were out of there in less that 30 minutes. We were very happy with the quality of the unit. We have had experiences with other storage companies and they were not nearly as nice.

We have stored at 2 different Guardian locations and the experience is always the same- great service, secure storage and clean/ safe environment. We will always choose Guardian for our storage needs!

I recently rented a storage unit from Guardian, in Washington, PA. All I have to say is these people REALLY know storage!!! They helped me find a unit that was just right for me, and also loaned me a truck for the day to move my my stuff. I get the security of knowing that it is "passcode" protected as well as easy billing.

If you are looking for self-storage, Guardian is the best!!! It may cost a little more, but it is worth every penny!!!

I recently moved out of state and needed to find a storage unit for most of my belongings. Because I am so far from where my all of my things are being stored, I wanted to store somewhere I could trust and Guardian Storage met all of my needs and then some. The staff was very helpful, friendly and most importantly informative, the indoor units are very clean and safe with 24 hour video monitoring, alarmed units and gated access. I am beyond pleased with the service I've received from Guardian Storage and would most certainly recommend them to anyone needing storage!

Excellent staff and facilities.

I am a returning customer to Guardian Storage. They may be a little more expensive than other companies but they are well worth it. They always go the extra mile for their customers. Extremely friendly staff. Whenever I have to go into the office they're always welcoming. The facilities are well cared for and very clean.

MAKE sure you read your contact .They are not exactly forthright in explaining the rules pro-rating the months ,they pro-rate going in but not going out it cost us a couple extra $ hundred !
