Ron Lacson at Guapi has the best customer’s service ever. I had trouble with an order that was placed wrong and he got it resolved right the way. He apologized and took care of everything. I cannot thank him enough for everything he has done for my order.I would recommend this website to anyone who wants to place an order because they are good at responses.

I ordered two pair of pants from them which they said was available on the website one they said they sold out in my size and the other pair was to big so I sent them back I emailed them bout both pair no response and I’m still waiting on my money from one pair

I work at Trader Joe's and our dress code requires certain shirts or hoodies, but leaves it up to us to rock styling pants. I've actually got a reoccurring gig to DJ at Trader Joe's (I'm a 20+ year Turntablist that still enters the DMCs), and I do it under the name: Mr. Fancy Pants... So you're getting this upcoming review of Guapi from Mr. Fancy Pants himself folks! Behold:

Guapi has by far the best pants I've ever owned. Their quality of fabric and their style is unparalleled; I just received their spiked leather pants and they're literally the most amazing pair of pants I've ever seen. I've purchased a handful of their other britches, and they are all super bitchin'! Their cargos decked out with mad pockets are incredible. Their stacked denim is extra long and bunch up at my calves very nicely, even for my towering 6'6" person. I'm holding tight for the SUPER stacked denim I've ordered, I see that style as being the new-new of baggy.

I rock all these at work, probably the most high-traffic store in my county, and can fairly accurately say, I am the best-dressed lad (waist down) in my county, if not the whole state.

Guapi had an incredibly generous sale for the New Year and I ended up paying $54 on a pair of $170 trousers! So their sales are slay as well.

I also wanted to say Guapi sends everything in excellent time, shipping their wares and managing to have them arrive at my door usually within a week to a week and a half.

So if you want to get the best pants in the business, take the plunge, and spend a few extra bucks on these bad bois- you won't regret it!

I recently ordered two pairs of jeans and one pair was out of stock I’ve been trying to get my credit to apply to another pair of jeans but I can’t get in contact with customer service in order to make it happen I’m seriously irritated by there lack of communication and there time it takes to respond to my messages I just wanted another pair of jeans and the credit to make it happen I ordered them for an event and now I’m just at a lost with it there service is unacceptable
