The Balanced Scorecard training did not prepare me to actually implement the practice. The modules were out of order and confusing. The files provided did not support my learning. Overall, not worth my time, money, and effort.

The training, practice exam and the final exam was really good. Demonstrate combination between the concept and risk perspective.

It's an eye-opening experience for me to know Gen AI better. I love the quote by Mr. Ranjeev, "human judgement still matters" and that gives me confidence in using Gen AI tools.

In the end two time exam got stuck at same question

Videos thats used to track course completion are not good. Instructor keeps reading and executing chatgpt prompts. Its not at all about agentic AI. Its morw about writing prompts and that too not usefull…

The study material and the support from staff for relative topics.

The tutorials were great and well broken down. The LMS also goes beyond just passing the exam - it’s a complete go-to resource for continuous development.
