Everything they do is brilliant, all the products I have tried are lovely, recently bought the new body wash this is really good.

I have had a few orders from Gruum now and have been very happy with everthing I have bought. I love all of the natural fragrances. Body and shampoo bars are great to use and convenient to put in a travel bag. I especially love the relaxing products which I now use every night before bed. They smell divine and help me sleep.

I came across gruum on a Facebook advert and what can I say! I ordered a few bits, all lush but the Scandinavian roll on fragrance is next level. I have never smelt anything similar and it is absolutely divine! I will 100% be ordering again. I also received a lovely email from the team to thank me for my website review, which I was not asked for but felt the need to do as the products are just beautiful. Great company, even greater products! Thank you

I'm very pleased with everything I've bought from Gruum so far. The facial gel serum is light and not at all oily, but you can feel it nourishing your skin as it goes on. The under eye treatment is refreshing and, being a roll-on, is easy to apply without dragging. The 'Scandinavian Spring' roll-on fragrance is gorgeous; floral top notes with vanilla tones underneath. All delivered quickly and well packed. I'll definitely be buying more from this company.

I got three samples for free (I paid for postage) and I am in love with the Intensive Hydrating Balm for hands. Amazing! Soft bar that melts into your palms then rub it in "until hands feel happy". Mine sure do! Thank you, will be ordering more.

The BEST treatments for your face! This has got to be one of the best brands I have ever tested my skin is so hydrated fresh and healthy I’d love to promote more of this brand and make some content! The cleansing balm smells beautiful and the toner and serum makes your skin GLOW! By far the best label about I recommend and will definitely be buying more x

A reliable company that cares about its customers a lot - and not only new ones, as many these days.

Dispatch is always quick and the items are packed with care.

On my last order I had an issue where one of the items leaked badly (I'm very positive it's not the companies fault - the bottle cap seemed to be defective) - customer service contacted me next day after the ticket was issued and, upon receiving pictures and explanation, issued the replacement for the damaged items to be sent.

I've been customer for a couple of years - definitely will stay for many more.

Really really happy with the quality of my shampoo bars. Even happier that I can ditch the plastic. . . even refillable containers are plastic! I was concerned that the shampoo bars might not be as good as liquid shampoo, - but it's not the case

I had a delivery issue and they responded same day sending out a replacement - super impressed!

Although I had a negative reaction with one of the products, the customer service team handled my concerns really well. They were understanding, responsive, and took the issue seriously, including reviewing the batch and arranging a refund quickly. I truly appreciate the support and how efficiently everything was resolved.

UPDATE:
I have since had a refund on the item from Gruum. So I’m feeling a bit more positive about the company. They have also said they are ‘actively looking to implement’ reminder emails. If that happens I’d feel more confident ordering from them again.

Subscriptions feels like a scam. No reminder email before items are dispatched, so you really need to keep on top of the dates to avoid unwanted deliveries and charges. If you want to return you’ll need to cover postage. I’ve noticed a lot of reviews with customers suggesting a reminder email so subscriptions can be paused or skipped. Gruum responds positively to the feed back, but don’t change their policy. Other companies I have subscriptions with offer reminders, which makes me trust the process and they keep me as a customer. I won’t be ordering again from Gruum.
