Overall our experience with Piers has been positive, he has been a great help in assisting my business partner and I set up our SA business, securing our first property and long term guest. Incredible knowledge and a joy to work with!
I have been working with Piers and his team for around 5 weeks now and I have been super impressed with the knowledge they have and the speed that they got me fully operational.
I tried short let's unsuccessfully a few years ago and I thought it wasn't for me, that was until a friend recommended I speak to Piers. We had a chat and Piers assured me he could help and I have to say, he is as good as his word.
I will continue to work with Piers and his team as I grow my portfolio of short let's.

I have started my SA journey with Pieres an weeks ago,He has Launched my First 4 Units in London,I was pleasant surprised,One of these property is Booked For 31nights,Others are Booked as well,Losing No rent At all.His Teams And his Dedications on works makes it happens.Their strategy,Using particular platform for Advertising,Branding is Quite Different and attractive.All I can say their works and results are motive me grow my business with grow your Bnb.

GREAT INVESTMENT!!!
Working with Piers and the Growbnb team has been amazing! They've laid down the foundation of advertising and branding of the short term rental business to attract more long term bookings for the business. Till this day we're still reaping the results from it! Also, Piers takes you through the process and educates you on the importance of branding and advertising in order to achieve your business objectives. Additionally, Growbnb will provide you with resources aswell to help you maintain and continue to grow your brand presence after a handover. Highly recommend anyone working in the short term rental business to work with Piers and the Growbnb family. It's well worth the investment people!

I started with Piers 5 weeks ago before…
I started with Piers 5 weeks ago before launching my first SA unit in London. I was conscious about the investment however it was totally worth it! You instantly standout out on the OTA through the branding they put together for you, and without my first week I received my first 9 night booking! However the focus was to get direct bookings in which they set up Google my business and the SEO which then resulted in receiving multiple enquiry’s and a direct booking of 47nights. It’s worth the money and the team are great and you get results!

Best Investment I have ever made…
I am so glad I decided to invest my time & money with Piers & his team…. This far exceeded my expectations. From start to finish they have all been amazing. I have been in the business for a while now, but learning from Piers and his knowledge, understanding & experience of the business has given me a whole new insight into how it works. The proof is in the figures. Since launch (all but 2 nights) I have been 100% occupied. The tools and handover to go forward are excellent. The team were all there for me throughout the whole launch. To anyone thinking about should you invest in this journey I would 100% say yes you should. I can't wait to see what the future holds now.
