Excellent protection for transport and healthy plants
I ordered 3 succulents and an anthurium Royal Zizou; as usual they were very well protected by corrugated cardboard cylinders and wrapped in clingfilm to prevent soil from getting loose, so they all arrived in excellent condition and so far are doing well. They are all healthy plants.

Excellent service
The plant is as described and in very good condition. It arrived quickly on time and in recyclable packaging. Nearly four weeks later it is looking very fine. I've called it 'Ralph'.

I'm really happy with my order!
The plants I got were packed well and arrived in great shape. What truly impressed me, however, was the remarkable speed of delivery – my plants arrived promptly, a significant advantage for impatient plant enthusiasts like myself!
One thing I have to highlight is their amazing customer service. They always go out of their way to help and sort out any issues super quickly. I had a small problem with one of my orders, and their customer service team fixed it in just a few minutes. They're really dedicated and efficient. I totally recommend them without a doubt!

My plant came quickly and in good condition, been waiting over a week for a plant from Amazon still not arrived probably be dead when it comes, won't be buying from them again but now I've discovered grow urban will be buying from you again.
