Serah Wilson was very nice and helpful. She gave me a price, I paid a deposit with the balance due with the driver at delivery. The day the driver was scheduled for pickup, some Simon called me with a lot of rude fast talking trying to go up on the price by a large amount saying the price was only an estimate. I was about to cancel the pickup. I talked back to Serah and agreed to pay an extra hundred dollars.
My motorcycle was delivered by a nice guy with a very nice truck and trailer in two days. I was very pleased with him.

They had great customer service! I spoke with Marina; she was very friendly and professional. She quoted me a good price to ship from NJ to MI and the price was guaranteed. I had no surprises. It was my first time shipping a car and she was great help. At first I thought it was a scam, but I was completely wrong. She guided me through the process, made sure everything was correct and my car was delivered in ONE day !

some mis communication however James Mitchell was of great service in communicating the information from me to a carrier and my shipment was delivered much faster than I had anticipated and it was in exactly the same condition as when it was accepted by the driver.

I've dealt with countless transporters prior to dealing with GrouponfreIght and this company is hands down the absolute best in my opinion. I had a great experience with, Mike Ross, who seemed to be honest and straight to the point as to how this industry operates. In hindsight, I can definitely say that Mike Ross was a Godsend for me and my situation. I had other transporters giving me the run-around while allegedly still working to get my vehicle transported, and Mike was able to succeed where the others failed. He did a great job getting my vehicle transported. I still had the previous transport companies updating me with delays and promises well after Grouponfreight had ny car delivered. They were totally left in the dust. For the second time in so much as a week, they came through for me. Great job Mike/Griuponfreight!

I had an excellent experience working with Mike Ross. From the very beginning, he was transparent and forthright about the entire vehicle transport process. After dealing with several other companies that misled me, stalled the process, and made empty promises, it was a huge relief to finally work with someone who was honest and straightforward.

I shipped two cars from NC to California. I had another that I had booked originally that scammed me so I was hesitant about doing the process again, but John Miller was very helpful and walked me through the process to help me with the company that scammed me and get this stuff done once I agreed he had someone there at the same day and it only took two days to get to California the driver was also very nice

Talk to Mitchell. He will help you. I was waiting for ONE WEEK with a company and still couldn’t get them to find a driver, Mitchell found it in ONE day for me.

BAIT & SWITCH. bunch of scam artists. Don't ever expect your deposit refunded either. They quoted me $750, told me they "guaranteed" that price with no surprises. After I paid the deposit, the price jumped up to $2100. They'll tell you everything you want to hear but they don't hold their word. Over promise and under deliver, and they always had excuses to why their driver cancelled and had to dispatch a new driver. They run Prime Car Ship as well, same people, same BS. Stay away from these people. I understand that the auto transport industry is like this, but up front honesty is all I'm asking for, which is not what these guys are about. Read the other comments and trust all the negative 1 star reviews.

LIARS, SCAMMERS, After quoting one price at $795 it changed to $3000 shortly before pick up. When my husband asked for his deposit back they continued to HARRASS him. My husband would block one number and then they would text from another number, they did this 6 TIMES!!!!!! then the emails and phone calls started... I spoke to this jerk on the phone from Groupon Freight and he told me they would charge my credit card and there was nothing I could do about it! Absolutely the WORST experience and so stressful!
