We are a team of passionate marketers covering the full marketing mix, including strategy, branding, web design, eCommerce, SEO, AEO, GEO, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, content, CRM, campaign planning and reporting. The aim is simple: to give businesses clear thinking, strong creative, structured delivery and marketing activity that actually supports growth. What makes Group16 different is that we are built from real business experience. Our agency has been shaped through hands-on work across a wider network of active brands, giving us practical experience with live websites, live campaigns, real budgets and real commercial targets. We work across eCommerce, signage, print, automotive, fleet branding, local services, B2B and consumer-facing businesses. That gives us a broad view of what growing companies actually need from marketing, from stronger brand identity and better search visibility to more effective campaigns, sales collateral and content that has a purpose. We believe good marketing should be joined up, measurable and built around the business, not just a list of disconnected tasks. Creative marketing built around business growth.

Top quality work and easy process

I had a really good experience with Group 16. I worked with David on a poster and he was spot on from start to finish. Easy to deal with, understood what I wanted, and didn’t make things complicated at all.

The final poster came out looking brilliant - professional quality and better than I expected, to be honest. Everything was done quickly and without any hassle. I’d definitely use them again and would happily recommend them to anyone needing design work.

Great Company

Group 16 has really helped my business grow. Their marketing strategies brought in more customers and improved our online presence. We genuinely couldn’t recommend Group16 highly enough. They have become such an important part of our business and growth over the past 12 months.
The whole team is incredibly talented, professional, creative and just brilliant to work with. From creative design and PR planning, to building online stores, managing social media, producing content, email campaigns and outreach programmes, they do it all, and they do it exceptionally well.
They completely manage our websites and have helped increase our online sales by over 80% in the last year alone. Our social engagement has gone to another level, including one of our videos going viral, which created huge exposure for our business. Every campaign they produce feels well thought out, organised and genuinely impactful.
A huge thank you to Dave, who somehow always has another brilliant idea ready to go, I always get excited when he says 'explain that to me again' as this means a light bulb moment is coming! His creativity and vision are unbelievable. Caitlin, our Account Manager, is also fantastic, incredibly organised, responsive, proactive, and an absolute pleasure to work with.
More than anything though, Group16 genuinely care about your business. They’re not just an agency you outsource work to, they become part of your team. They are amazing people to brainstorm with, collaborate with, and grow alongside.
