I love it so much. I wish you could make your own designs more easily. Website says you can make them in the App but there is no way. It would be good if you could use an image and let the app convert it to be used. Just a thought. Apart from that it’s amazing
I previously reported that the app would not completely download,so I could not use my new Oasis Mini. I tried again today and the app downloaded and updated. The Oasis Mini is now working beautifully and making all sorts of patterns. It is relaxing and I am thoroughly enjoying the experience. Highly recommend!

Received oasis mini as a present for Christmas. My wife ordered on 13th December and delivered a few days later. Currently making a santa picture. Easy to set up. Looks and feels like a great quality product. App works well. Very happy

I preordered a mini table in April 2025 & was supposed to get it in June 2025. It is December 2025 and I still haven’t received the table & now I’ve been working on trying to get a refund since November 2025.

This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and now I sit and wait. Waiting for a reply for shipping, refund or me going to BBB or local news affiliates about an unethical company.

This company will gladly take your money but give you no product! I placed an order in August under the premise it would be shipping in November. No personal updates were ever given to me about my order. Found a general update that tables "are on the ship" and headed to the US, but no other details were given. I finally reached out and asked for an ETA about my order and was told my table wouldn't arrive until January or even as late as February. This was to be a Christmas gift so asked to cancel. Giving one star only because they did refund my money, but otherwise it would be zero stars. Makes me wonder if I would have even received the table in February.

I’m really starting to wonder if I got ripped off here. I ordered the Oasis sand coffee table in April with the understanding the table would ship in June. I was told in June that “due to tariffs” the table will now ship in July. Then in July it was bumped to August, and now I’m seeing it was bumped out again to September. This is not what I agreed to. I’d like my order shipped now please, I’ve been very patient,
These are cool, the customer service is really good.
EDIT: I backed their Oasis Mini as a gift about a year ago then purchased a second when given the opportunity. This would be a 5-star product (so far) with a 2 or 3 star experience.
I was hoping to receive one for my mother's birthday which is in June but I received an email that wouldn't be the case. Totally fine, I pivoted. Then I hoped I would be able to give it as a Christmas present. This time, however, not only did it not come, but I also didn't receive any replies to my numerous emails. They continued to email offers so I knew they were still accepting money but weren't taking care of the customers who had already paid.
I finally received a box with my order in January, almost a full year after I had placed my original order. I understand that supply chain issues, shipping logistics, etc. take time and are sometimes out of the company's control. Correspondence, however, isn't. I'm happy I finally got my order and the product seems very high quality.
This is the company behind the Oasis Mini project. A successful Kickstarter with multiple backers.
However they ignored international customers for six months, posted excuse after excuse about difficult tax and shipping.
I replied to a few comments on Kickstarter, informing about them selling the product to US customers with 2 week shipping guaranteed. Before international backers got their items.
The reaction from the Kinetic Oasis LLC? They cancelled my order after holding my money for a year.
From the Oasis team: "Your order was canceled because you were spamming. We invite open dialogue and will be posting a project update today, but Kickstarter's terms specifically prohibit spam."
I posted feedback as replies to comments by multiple backers requesting updates etc, informing them that Oasis were selling the product on their own website.
I did not post multiple new comment threads about the same thing.
And prior to that I had sent them a message via Kickstarter (private message, not comment) and email requesting updates.
So this is clear, Oasis team is censoring customers. Holding their money for a year only to cancel when people post the harsh truth.
Also they prefer satisfying US market before shipping to the people who supported their company from the beginning.
