It was my first experience with this company.. I found them extremely helpful and very prompt in replying the queries... normal grocery delivery was on time and there was an issue with one product which they replied to me instantly..

Excellent Service x Quick service and prices are very reasonable... they are cheaper thank the Indian grocery stores. Shopping on line was was and I actually saved £12.50 Which was excellent... winner winner for me. I will definitely be using them more often. Thank you for your service.

My order was processed promptly
My order was processed promptly, correctly picked and then packed with care. One of the items I ordered was Poppodums to cook at home and these are very brittle / fragile. Grocery Online wrapped these in bubble wrap to ensure they arrived intact and unbroken. Full marks to Grocery Online!
