Medical review for minor whiplash injury.
Dr Bradbury was welcoming and professional when conducting the medical review. It is reflected in the medical report that Dr Bradbury had listened and processed the information I gave him accordingly. I am very happy with the outcome. I do not go to the doctors very often thankfully and this was made a pleasant experience.
I did have to wait for 40 minutes. I believe I was not on the system due to an I.T error however, this was not a huge problem just a minor inconvenience.

The experience as a whole wasn’t great…
The experience as a whole wasn’t great had to wait over 45 minutes even though I had a booked appointment
Waited over a week for my report to come back and wasn’t even done properly

I am sorry for the inconvenience caused during the examination. I would reiterate that appointments are booked with a 15-minute allocation per claimant. We try to ensure the clinic runs smoothly with clients adhering to the allocated 15-minute slot. However, as can often be the case with a visit to one's own GP some clients turn up early and others a little late. On occasion, depending on the nature of the medical history, some appointments will unfortunately overrun. We strive to provide an efficient service ensuring each individual is given sufficient time to discuss all aspects of the incident being reported upon.
The medical report was uploaded 5 workings days as advised on the appointment letter.
