Ich habe dort bereits drei oder vier Mal bestellt und jedes Mal war ich zufrieden. Service ist gut, die booster sind schnell und freundlich, und der Bestellvorgang an sich war auch ziemlich einfach.

First time last time
I really wanted to believe this wasn't a scam. I purchased a service that had a defined delivery time of 3-6 hours. Further, customer service told me it would take 2-8 hours maximum. After 20 hours of waiting, a customer service rep connected me to a manager who responds when they feel like it if at all, and never with any real updates. Customer services is not just bad, it does not function. I have received no customer service of any note in the full day since I placed my order. Still no updates.

"The first order was also the last…
"The first order was also the last order. Their customer service is handled by kids who haven't even finished high school. It was a $6 order — they cancelled it on their own and told me they had already refunded the cardholder, claiming that I used a stolen card, even though there hadn't been a single verification request. And they seemed pretty smug about it. You guys better not order from them, or you'll just be wasting your time."

Your order was not cancelled by our support team. It was automatically refunded by our payment processor after its fraud prevention system flagged the transaction as high risk based on its internal fraud and chargeback analysis. For security reasons, these decisions are made independently by the payment processor, and we cannot override them.
At no point did we accuse you personally of anything. Our team simply communicated the outcome of the payment review. We understand this can be frustrating, but protecting both our customers and our business from fraudulent transactions is something we take seriously.
