Just in case you are not aware, as is the case with your employees at Scottsdale Quarter, you are running a promotion, buy 32 oz. Grimaldi's tomato sauce at Walmart and receive $10 off your next order, just bring in your receipt, which I did. Cashier had not a clue, so she called over another gal, who told me they do not have any tomato sauce to sell at the restaurant-OI, hey I do not want to purchase tomato sauce, I did at Walmart and here is the receipt, which grants me $10 off this order-neither had not a clue. I asked for the manager, who came over, and gave me that to which I was entitled, disrespectfully and with an attitude. Other issue, as in the past, is that your phone is terrible, breaking up, could not hear nor comprehend the voice on the phone at your restaurant when I phoned in the order.
I have been a loyal long-time customer, and yes, I have choices, within 5 minutes of my home is Lou Malnatis, Oreganos, and My Rosatis, all of which I patronize, and they shall split my allegiance in the future.
And of course with this 15 minute worthless, unnecessary back/forth, my pizza arrived home (5 minute drive) at less than room temperature, certainly not hot!
It seems you run through managers at this location, comparable to Silicon Valley with its high tech engineers, here today, gone tomorrow.
