Probably the best end to end customer service I have experienced . From the design meeting to installation the customer experience was brilliant . The team clearly like what they do, the communication is excellent and everything gets delivered with passion and excellence . Well done and thank you . Great design staff and quick installation

Got in touch with Grillo and they were absolutely fantastic, plenty of time for you (Beth, Grillo designer) who designed ours for the size of garden we had. It's worked out perfect and we're so pleased,

The completely stood out from the others, designed and priced on site whilst we were there, my customer loved it and ordered on the spot. Beth was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My new pizza oven/BBQ set up is amazing 🤩 In real life the quality of everything is so much better than what you see on the screen. It’s all very good quality, really sturdy and substantial, not flimsy in anyway shape or form! Was very impressed with all the extras utensils included for the pizza oven and BBQ too, again very good quality!

Not used the BBQ yet but used the pizza oven twice after curing. Pizzas are amazing and literally cook in less than a minute!

Will enjoy it all for years to come!

I would fully recommend Grillo. The whole experience was seamless from design to installation. The kitchen components are clearly superbly designed and manufactured. The company kept us fully updated on progress, the installation team were great and the finished kitchen looks stunning. Very, very pleased we chose Grillo.

The outdoor kitchen is fabulous and worth every penny, the quality is brilliant, no pressure to buy from the sales team and installation team were fantastic.

We’re so pleased with our new outdoor kitchen - everything we wanted, works brilliantly, looks great and everyone from the initial discussion, fitters to after sales were extremely helpful. It had a couple of very minor niggles we didn’t spot on install day, but Grillo couldn’t have been more helpful and sorted extremely promptly, which for me is a sign of a great company.
