I purchased the Crown Verity 60” grill…
I purchased the Crown Verity 60” grill with griddle package from Grillio.com and could not be happier with my purchase. My contractor recommended Crown Verity as he was familiar with it from its commercial grill reputation. It arrived fully assembled and I had some questions on where to place the propane tanks and contacted Grillio customer service who were able to send me a video that answered my questions. Only improvement I would recommend is for the griddle to have a roll dome just like the roll dome on the grill. Tom at Grillio sales had advised that the roll dome that can be purchased seperately cannot be used with the griddle. I recommend both Grillio and Crown Verity.

Bought a Viking grill about a month ago. Sales guy was pretty helpful even though I already had my mind set on the grill. The purchasing and delivery part were pretty easy. Overall pretty good experience

Site had an error and they blamed me
Site had an error and they blamed me! I ordered a pizza oven and it was stated as being on sale. The item allowed me to select the style, color, and gas option without changing the "sale" price online. I received an order confirmation with all the correct information. Thrilling, right? Well the next day I receive an email stating that what I ordered was not gas but wood fire. I called grillio and was treated as if I was a liar and making up the entire purchase. I even screenshot my order and texted to the nasty woman on the phone. She again stated that's not what I bought. Yes it was. Their site had a error and instead of honoring the sale they continued to patronize me and state I was confused and that the error didn't exist. During my rude call, she went on the site and said the supposed error was fixed. It wasn't. Again they tried making me out to being a liar. After back and forth, she then tried telling me that the oven I wanted doesn't come in gas and that I'm wrong. Lady, I did my research and the Alfa has a gas option. Maybe for more money, but it's still an option. After about an hr on the phone of being yelled at and berated her best offer was I could get the oven I ordered but for thousands more. They wouldn't even honor or admit to their lousy advertising. Literal worst experience of my entire life purchasing anything online. Rude lying and quite frankly uneducated about the items they sell. Oh and she's been working their for 15 years. Maybe it's time she finds a new gig. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, poor communication. Beware of restocking and return fees. Initially the wanted over $700.00 to return $2k worth of merchandise. I was wanting to upgrade my grill to a larger size. Would definitely not recommend.
