It took 4 months to receive the grill. Once I received it, it arrived in good packaged shape and well boxed and protected. However, I found that the chrome trim on the main hood has air bubbles as the chrome plating process must have not held the right way. I made Grill Collection aware of the issue, and they said they would get in contact with the Mfg. Until then I have a grill that I am now waiting to use until I hear back from them.

i ordered $400 worth of products and they sent an email saying they now didn't have it and found another but it would cost $210 to ship it. Others are free and already waited a week. Poor customer service.

Kept in touch all the way thru order no problems would have no problem dealing with them again for any of my needs

The communication was great. The grill I ordered was delayed by the manufacturer but I was notified along the way as things progressed. Product was received and is working great.

I ordered a grill liner at the end of March 2021, paid in full for over $900. It is now September and I still do not have the grill liner. I have been given the run around and promised multiple dates of delivery and still nothing. Company does not communicate well and will just give you another date 2 weeks later for the next promised delivery and claim the date is from the warehouse. HORRIBLE

Company kept in contact during the wait for my grill cover to be shipped. Were very helpful and responsive. Great company to deal with.

They were great. I called and they delivered. I was able to track and arrange my delivery

I thought I did good research to find the parts I needed. Even after chatting with a rep., and double checking the website, I ended up with parts that were not what I wanted. Replaced with parts that are run of the mill Amazon parts, with a piece of paper saying this is the ideal replacement. Replacement burner is 30 percent smaller, uneven heating, and didn't come with the correct size Venturi tubes...total disappointment.

Ordered a 5 burner Beefeater Grill. It came with a griddle which I did not want or order. So now I must buy another vaporizor and grill to get the use of a 5 burner grill. Seems like a rip to me.

The grill was arrived in a very timely manner versus other companies were telling me six weeks to receive. Customer service was fantastic

Awesome communication with all the delays to get this delivered. Really appreciated being up front with the progress of the order.

The grill was ordered in March 2021 after consulting an online representative that it was in stock. After the purchase was made I was informed it would be delayed May 4-18th. After agreeing to wait and the date window came and went I was told there was an additional delay and the grill would not be here until August 1st. At the end of June I found the grill on another site and purchased it there. That same day I placed my new order I came cancel my order at Grill Collection I was told it had already shipped. I am very dissatisfied with the logistics this company has in its order processing system.

Not seeing the grill in person, I was taking a chance. I have not grilled on it yet. Grates look good. I was not happy that a grill of this price, would have plastic handles on the door and the side shelves. I should have bought the Weber grill at Costco. Cheaper and made a little better.

All was great as I needed the grill and doors/drawers in a timely manner. My only concern was the delivery. I kept getting bad or no information on when the delivery would be made. Fortunately after communicating with both shippers, the items came on the day before I left for out-of-town.

Janessa went out of her way to make an experience that started off with all kinds of bumps in the road to nice smoothed out pavement! She is an asset to your company and if it had not been for her, I may have taken my relationship elsewhere! Keep her happy!
