They are genuine and eager to help. They are awesome in every way, asking if you understand and if you don't they don't make you feel inadequate or dumb because you don't understand. I love they send you messages to let you know how your account is doing with negotiations. Payment reminders are great also because sometimes life is hectic and you could forget!!!

The understanding and dedication to my financial wellness was key into getting me on board.
