Our mission is to provide fit for purpose products that take the game forward.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago
I placed an order 3 weeks ago, I still haven’t received it, checked the post office parcel tracker says no information, no proof of delivery no product.
Sent 3 emails and a post of Facebook and zero response from any.
Could you either show me proof of delivery, send the product, issue a refund or at least acknowledge my emails.

Thank you for taking the time to get in touch - I am sorry to hear about your frustrations and that your order has not yet arrived.
The team have reached out to you on a couple of occasions in reply to your email to offer a replacement, I can only assume that these responses may have landed in your junk/spam as we do aim to get back to all customer enquiries within 24 hours.
To expedite the situation I have just issued a full refund on your order and we will take up the issue of your missing parcel with Royal Mail directly.
While I appreciate the situation of missed messages and a missing order may have left a sour note, I do hope you chose to use us again in the future.

Greenswing golf tees.
I really like the Greenswing golf tees. Lovely colours and made from bamboo. Also really like the packaging. Golf tees may as well be nice as well as functional and they are environmentally friendly
