A huge thank you to Chris from Greenstar Property Services Ltd for the outstanding job he did today.

Today he attended our block of flats to deal with what was a truly desperate situation. The drains were completely blocked, causing sewage to overflow, and to make matters even more challenging, there were no drainage maps available to help identify the problem.

Despite these difficult circumstances, Chris approached the job with incredible determination, professionalism, and expertise. Drawing on his extensive experience, he methodically traced the drainage system, identified the blockage, and successfully resolved the issue. It was clear throughout that he wasn't going to give up until the problem was fixed.

Chris is an absolute credit to Greenstar Property Services Ltd. His knowledge, perseverance, and calm approach turned what seemed like an impossible situation into a successful outcome. He is a total star, and we cannot thank him enough for his hard work and dedication.

We had a burst incoming main - Simon came and found the leak - difficult to access under our kitchen floor - contacted our insurance company with all the details - repairs authorised 2 days later (insurance companies eh) - as soon as the work was authorised - Harry was here and did the work in 15 minutes - brillient, and with the same access difficulties. These two guys are good.

We are absolutely thrilled with the service received from Greenstar, especially Ryan, Leo and Chris who fitted our new boiler. They were very polite, professional and tidy workers. Everything from initial visit, quote, booking appointment, installation and after service was excellent and 5 star service all the way. We highly recommend Greenstar and will most definitely be contacting them for any future plumbing or heating work.

Simon was very good

We called Greenstar to help us find and repair a water leak in our supply pipe. Very pleased with the professional service, communication, the politeness of the team and the quality of the work.

It was a bit of a roundabout route to Greenstar - from Halifax emergency cover to CET to Greenstar. Simon was great. Quick and efficient and good, accurate communication before and during the job. Drains cleared and all was well. No fuss.

Greenstar came out for a home emergency call within the hour. Simon was fantastic! He was really helpful and explained everything. He managed to stopped the leak and make the house safe again.

Green star detected, repaired and reinstated following an underwater leak. Everyone who came was really professional, they kept us fully updated, and worked really hard in some pretty nasty weather. They really solved a problem for us. They were all friendly, professional, competent, hard working and informative.

We had a new boiler fitted by Greenstar Property Services and I’m really pleased with the service. Chris was great — friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. Everything was explained well and the job was done neatly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend!

Was put in touch with “ green star” through insurance company Liverpool Victoria ,which isn’t any better, was supposed to patch up a roof leak , what a complete and utter waste of time and as for the patch up “ work” done what a complete and utter waste of time to call it cowboy work is an understatement, if they ever get mentioned by the insurance company again IT’S A NO FROM ME

Attention to detail, informing me every step of the way, knowledgeable through experience, polite ... what else can I say about Simon who came to trace and access a leak under my kitchen floor. Can thoroughly recommended Simon and Greenstar, along with Nicki in the office and Billy who assisted.

Refused to excavate where my plumber asked them to and consequently the pipe still had leaks. Have had to call out a different firm to do the job again.
