They say that moving house is the most stressful time of your life. We had been trying to move for nearly 2 years, we had chains collapse, and buyers pull out, incredibly incompetent conveyancers etc.. but just this weekend we finally moved into our new home. I have to say that Greens Removals made it an absolute breeze, the office staff we're efficient and knowledgeable, and the removals guys were phenomenal, they wrapped every single bottle of my sizable wine collection, we were packed in 4 hours, loaded in 3 hours and moved in with all items in the right room by 4pm.

I'd 100% recommend Greens, in fact i dont think i can recommend them enough.

Amanda was able to organise a date for our removals really quickly and on the day, the team of two were fantastic. They worked really quickly with great care and attention to our belongings. Thoroughly recommend them and will happily go back to Greens in the future if we need removals help again.

The move went very well but with a very late completion near to 5pm, Greens sent another crew to help and the move into our new home was finished by 6-15pm. The men were very helpful and good humoured and made a stressful day bearable. I am 81 and they were very supportive. Not the cheapest quote I had but worth every penny

Excellent service from start to finish. The team packed everything carefully and efficiently the day before the move, and on the day were also respectful and efficient, and cheerful with it, despite large quantities of books and other items, such as pictures, that needed individual packing.

Having not moved house for a very long time, I was a bit apprehensive about it all. Paul came round to do the estimate and I felt greatly reassured. I opted for the full packing and removal service and was agreeably surprised at the very reasonable cost. The packing team were excellent and worked non-stop with great care and efficiency. On removal day they quickly dismantled furniture and packed the truck while maintaining good humour - really pleasant young men. At the other end, only a few miles away, they took equal care in unloading everything and reassembling. I was very impressed by the whole process and would strongly recommend the service that Greens provided.

We received a fabulous service from the Greens Removals Team, relocating us from Chester to Durham.
It all started with a very helpful visit to talk through the process to pack everything, dismantle beds etc and make the move up to Durham. Filled us with confidence and peace of mind we were in safe hands.
A couple of team members arrived on day one and wrapped & packed perfectly and professionally. Pretty quick too and helpful advice on what goes where and why.
Day two, final wrapping & packing, dismantling and loading the van. Again, very professional, helpful and all loaded by 12:30. Amazing.
Day three, Durham. The team arrived at 7:30 and worked like trojans. Everything placed carefully in all the right rooms. Furniture expertly put back together and our excess things placed in an orderly fashion in the garage. Fabulous. Book them up for sure.

Excellent, reliable service when booking. The only removal company in Chester that I contacted to actively help and return calls with the necessary information. My items were successfully moved down to the Midlands and into a storage container. This was done carefully and efficiently. Highly recommended

I needed two bulky items - a grandfather clock and a double bed - bringing from my father's home to mine. The two guys who turned up couldn't have been more helpful and efficient. The job was done in no time and the bed taken up a staircase which turns twice before you could turn around. Well done Greens!

Outstanding customer service! We have used Greens as a family for many years and every time they have been incredible. Whenever I call the office, nothing is too much trouble. Recently, our completion date for our move had to change very last minute and we had to rearrange everything which was incredibly stressful. However, Amanda and the team in the office managed to make a stressful situation less so within a heartbeat and I will be forever grateful to them for that. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the removal team are always so prompt, friendly and helpful. I really can’t thank them enough.
