I’m so tiered of company’s like this claiming nonsense - just lies!
Toothpaste - organic for children - ORGANIC! How - sodium benzoate also known as E211 which is a preservative added to food in strictly defined doses - not to mention citric acid lol you people are dangerous!!
Organic means the opposite of this product - disgrace to the humans all in the name of profit 84.7% means it’s not organic - I’m refunding this product with major complaint as this is false advertising and relying on peoples unwillingness to research for themselves. Corruption in our food medicine and even tooth paste for kids - it’s everywhere - shame on you… Who do you think you’re dealing with im clued up and educated on this.
This is very sad! (Save our children)

Been using green people shampoo this last year and it’s the only shampoo thats give my hair its shine and softness back, it’s so gentle on the hair and scalp and you don’t need a lot on your hand, I have cancer so I have to use a gentle shampoo free from additives and this is, it’s well worth the money.

I bought the moisturising after sun natural insect repellent - really disappointed. Firstly l’m still on holiday as I write this, some indication of how disappointed I am (not even waiting to get home). I currently have at least 15 mosquito bites, and I’m only on day 6. It clearly doesn’t repel those little suckers I’ve used other products in the past and never been bitten once.

It’s not a bad moisturiser but it is a little heavy and not overly absorbent I think the cheaper readily available (super market) product will be back in my case next time.

It’s a shame cos I think the idea is brilliant just hasn’t worked.

Green People sensitive Skin factor 30. Poor quality product, very difficult to absorb into skin. Product is very uncomfortable to use and remains sticky and claggy on your skin. Would not buy again or recommend this product. My daughter my wife and I all tried this product and drew the same conclusion .

I'm really pleased with their facial sun cream. I also bought another item that didn't work for me. They accepted the return and refunded me. I had a very good experience with this brand so far, and I will buy again for sure!

We used the scent free 30spf for a two week holiday in Majorca. Prior we had used the once apply all day other brands sun creams that make your clothes go yellow! We had no sun burn and it worked well. Also our skin didn't peel like it does with the other creams. It is thick to put on and has to be recoated after lunch, but we were more than happy with it and will use again.

I just had the best experience with Sophie from Green people. I had an issue with a product and she sent me out a replacement one! I was bowled over with her kindness and the company too! Beautiful products lovely people! X

I like their products but would like them to supply their shampoos and conditioners in bottles? I find their tubes impractical. When I'm in the shower I find it difficult to extract the shampoo and and conditioner from the tubes with wet hands. If not, any chance of supplying these in bottles. Maybe do a survey. I can't be the only one with this problem.

I don’t think in twenty years I’ve ever tried a product from this company that works and isn’t irritating.

Everything from them is so basic, yet hugely overpriced.

I purchased the new scent-free shampoo bar, despite it being £16.00 for a tiny, tiny 50g (I know, I don’t know what I was thinking!).

I was shocked to see how poorly made it was; like something knocked-up in a domestic kitchen on a whim.

Very basic ingredients: sodium coco sulphate and a few boring oils and extracts … yawn.

Tiny; poorly made; unbelievably expensive, and super irritating.

I returned the order right away, confirmed as received safely back by Green People.

A week later, no refund, despite it being promised, and now I’m ignored.

I would like to see Green People send orders out, while letting customers wait, oh, maybe a week or two to pay them. Never going to happen, however they are happy to receive goods back without refunding.

Being ‘ethical’ also extends to how you treat people!

I absolutely love this company and their products. I have been using them for around 3 months now and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The company ethos of organic, natural and cruelty free ingredients is outstanding. Cruelty free is at the top of my list when sourcing my skincare. A lot of companies can say they are cruelty free because they themselves don’t test on animals when the companies they source their ingredients from do which is deliberately misleading in my opinion, so I’m really grateful to find a company with such strong ethics in protecting animals and the environment.
At 48 and with sensitive dry, rosacea prone skin I was desperate to find skincare that did what it said it would. I use the age defy and Nordic roots range and I am blown away by the difference in my skin. The products are packed full of natural ingredients that are kind to my sensitive skin. I have tried so many other creams and serums from other companies but would always wake up with irritated, tight, dry and uncomfortable skin and even after my morning skincare routine would find half way through the day I would need to reapply, so applying makeup was a bit of a nightmare as my foundation felt awful on my dry skin and I couldn’t wait to take it off. Using the products from Green people I have not found this at all, I can wear makeup comfortably all day, I wake up and don’t feel the need to rush to moisturise as my skin feels super soft and comfortable and it doesn’t irritate my skin even when I’m having a rosacea flare up. My skin is more radiant, even toned and healthy and I am now a customer for life! So happy I found them

Wonderful products. Green People sorted out a postage issue as soon as I advised them. Products and Customer Care from this lovely Company second to none.

I placed an order for some samples and managed to get my own address wrong (bloomin' autofill 😂).

My order of course went astray but Green People very quickly sent me out a new parcel (at no extra charge) and were just so nice about it all. It arrived super quickly, and having tried my samples I'll definitely be placing an order for the full sizes ❤️

Love these products, have to use scent free after a severe allergic reaction and so have to read all ingredients and these are just great for my ultra sensitive skin. Easy ordering on website, really quick delivery and a first class customer service. Definitely recommend.

The service they provide is amazing it comes so quick. Also the products for children are brilliant it's really helped keep my little ones ezcema controlled. Also the points rewards system is really good too. Just overall great!

Purchase minty and peppermint toothpastes. Really good stuff considering all natural. Was curious about where a couple of the ingredients came from, so sent them a message. They responded quickly and went in to great detail. Really put me at ease.

Swift email reply to my enquiry about a product. A refreshing change when commercial communication with a firm can take days for email replies or too long on the phone following selecting options. With Green People I felt I was in touch with real people. Thank you.

I purchased the Green People anti-aging cream for sensitive skin on Amazon. The cream really irritated my skin and made it burn. I specifically bought the cream because it is advertised as a sensitive skin cream. Although I got the cream via Amazon, the seller was listed not as Amazon, but the Green People. I contacted the Green People and the call handler was rude, unhelpful, unsympathetic and did not want to have anything to do with the purchase. She simply told me it had nothing to do with the Green People (although is IS their cream) and they would not give me a refund even though I suffered a burn from the cream. I bought the cream in good faith and te company's conduct and lack of customer care is appalling. This is by far the worst company I have ever encountered. The product caused me a serious irritatiton and the company could not care less about a customer.

Spent a fortune on sun creams for our holiday.
Terrible to apply. Thick and difficult to rub in. Even though I reapplied several times (yes, I was using a suitable factor) both me and my wife still started to burn.
After 2 days we are going back to natural tone instead. Far far better!
