After trying to get in contact which is really difficult anyway and being told I’d have a response in 24 hours I paid 450 for a faulty scooter and left hanging the scooter is now not charging properly and the charge that it does get doesn’t last. Terrible customer service, and scooter has been used for less than a month as was given as a present on the 15th April.

Green Motor Suppliers seem too good to be true. But they really are a what they say. After a bad experience from another company, was a bit concerned and I must admit my messages reflected that. Emma was super helpful and patient and the bike arrived quicker than I could ever had hoped for. I live in the North East of Scotland so it was a really pleasant suprise with no hidden costs. I bought it in the afternoon of the 28th and received it by the 2nd. Thankyou so much . Faith restored 😊 online communication only was a bit worrying but seriously while your worrying they're working hard to get it to you asap.

I actually bought an ebike from this organization as well as my neighbour to go bike riding. They are so supportive and helpful and are very competitive concerning pricing great value, great customer service highly recommend.

What really stood out for me wasn’t just the bike—it was the aftercare. A lot of places disappear after you’ve paid, but not here. I had a couple of questions after delivery and they got back to me quickly, clearly, and with actual solutions.

That kind of backup gives you real confidence in what you’re buying. It’s not just a bike—it’s support when you need it. That matters.

Avoid at all costs, because it's all about the COSTS with these.. if I could Give ZERO stars I would.

£1,000 for an ebike and then another £150 for delivery! Then when you cancel the order because you don't like being ripped off, because no courier ever charges £150 to deliver a box, this company charge you 3% in admin! £30 for doing NOTHING.

So they rip you off on the price, the delivery and then the fictional admin. AVOID.

Not had much chance to ride the bike yet. But yes well pleased with me bike 😁 ☝️

Excellent service, especially Emma who was in constant contact when part of the order went missing, this was due to delivery company, all resolved and very happy with the bikes

All fine with the Bike and Emma was very helpful. It is on the heavy side at 30 kilos. Years ago this would have been nothing to load into the car but at the age of 73 and with a bad back it is a bit more difficult. So old timers might need to get a lighter model from this excellent make!

I had a slight issue with my bike however it was sorted out within a day

A pleasure to purchase from. Easy transaction. The scooter was delivered when it was supposed to be.Tracking number given so I could track my order. The scooter itself was amazing. Easy assembly and after the 8 hour recommended first charge my son was off. Came back with a massive smile on his face. He loves it.

As a newbie to the world of ebikes I wanted to find out as much as possible before buying, I did the online chat with Emma who was wonderful, she answered all my questions honestly and set up the order, a very smooth transaction with lots of email confirmation.
