Green Motion operates a car hire desk serving London Luton Airport (LTN), based at the Hampton by Hilton, 42-50 Kimpton Road, Luton, Bedfordshire. This branch covers travellers flying into and out of Luton who need to collect or drop off a rental car nearby. On arrival, head to the bus stand area and board bus A, operated by Arriva, from Stand J, then get off at the Hampton by Hilton hotel. This bus transfer is free of charge, but you should show your booking voucher to the driver when boarding. The same service runs on your return journey. If you need help finding the stop or bus, call the branch. Desk opening hours (local time): Mon–Fri 07:00–22:00; Sat 08:00–13:00; Sun 08:00–20:00. Public holidays: 08:00–13:00.

Hired from these guys €446 taken on my card for an alleged scuff
Hired from these guys last week. on return I was allegd to have damaged the car. it is a scuff to the lower edge of the front bumper. impossible to see on a wet car prior to hire, the return guy pounced straight upon it. said rhe damage was 75mm charged me for 40 to 150mm cost me €446 out of my card that night. Their manager could not see the damage said "he does not expect customers to get on their knees to inspect a car" I emailed their Customer services, no real answer, do not go near these people..

The measurement and charge you describe also need to be checked against the vehicle records. WARNING Scam of a company at LUTON
Scam of a company. I have photographic evidence and a vehicle condition report sheet of damage that was already present on the vehicle yet after having it for less then 24 hours they are charging me for said damage. The time stamped photo clearly shows the damage on collection. Advised to send pictures of proof to their email that I have done more then once with no response. Tried to telephone the number on the email which states it is not recognised. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Absolutely shocking that that take over…
Absolutely shocking that that take over £1000 for minor damage I did not cause. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have requested receipts and photos to no avail. There is a reason their rates are so cheap. I will be going to the ombudsman. I have had no reply from the customer service email I was told to contact over a week ago.

Like for like fuel policy not good
Staff friendly and car in good condition.
I don’t like the Green Motion fuel policy of like for like. This is now the second time that the fuel was so low that I had to refuel before I set off on my journey. Also on return of the car, it’s very hard to judge the correct amount to refuel with, which means that I always give more fuel than necessary.
