Thank you for returning to our Heathrow location and for the balanced review. We’re glad pickup was quick and the team handled your photos of the existing marks fairly at return. We also hear that a partly filled fuel tank made matching the return level awkward, and that the pickup record did not include the marks you saw. We’re sorry the car initially provided was a manual when you had ordered an automatic, and that the office interaction felt unhelpful. We’re glad the team at the pickup point listened and arranged an automatic replacement. Thank you for recognising their help while also telling us where the service fell short.
