I always love this place, staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and I been lucky enough to always get the same car. So it helps since it’s already programmed to my phone.

Something not right with your rental?
Our customer care team will look into it personally
If your rental didn't go the way it should have, we want to put it right. Email our customer care team at ics@cs.greenmotion.com and include:
• your booking reference
• the location you rented from
• a short summary of what happened, plus any photos or receipts
This lets our head office team review your rental record with the branch straight away, rather than coming back to you with questions. Deposit, charge and damage queries are all handled by the same team.
Thank you for telling us. Every review on this page is read, and your feedback goes back to the branch team so we can keep improving.

Svar fra Green Motion Car and Van Rental - Green Motion Fort Lauderdale Airport
Thank you for raising the lack of clarity about what your Priceline payment covered. We understand why the total price and inclusions should be clear before collection. The booking terms can vary by booking channel, so we cannot establish the details of your reservation from this review. If you would like the charges explained, please email your booking reference and receipt privately to ics@cs.greenmotion.com so customer services can review them.
