Any time I have an issue, they are always on top of it. No matter the issue, they get it solved quickly. I wish all companies had customer service like they do. My websites were all down, I opened up the chat in on my dashboard, told the person my issue, they said the tech people were looking into it, and by the time I was about to ask how it was going, my websites were already working again. Love them!

Been using GreenGeeks a few months—sites run smooth, load fast, and chat support fixed my issue right away. Their green energy thing is cool too. Happy with it.

I have different services through green geeks and I realized I also have different due dates. I spoke with someone on the chat and they were able to escalate my request and it got resolved in just a couple of days. Not only I am happy being a client knowing I'll be taken care of but also I am doing my part bringing business to someone who is conscious about the carbon footprint that's the reason I'm here. I will definitely continue referring people to Greek geeks and even more so knowing they have excellent customer service that makes everything so easy

Service at GreenGeeks is always top-notch. I've been hosted with them for more than 10 years, and it's never wavered. Their human support chat is knowledgable and patient, even with the most inane questions. They offer a great extra brain for those technical things you think you know but aren't quite certain about. And sometimes they are even entertaining!

Great service, the support is very helpful. You can get great support at any time of day or night. I've never had any issues in the 3 years that I've used their services.

We recently upgraded from a shared hosting plan to a VPS with GreenGeeks, which required a manual migration handled by their team. At the time, we reasonably assumed the old plan would be cancelled as part of that process.

However, months later we were unexpectedly billed $370 due to the old plan auto-renewing. This was despite the fact we had already moved to – and were paying for – the VPS.

When I contacted support, they acknowledged the situation and initially offered a refund minus one month’s fee. While I appreciated the gesture, it didn’t feel justified given the upgrade was handled manually on their side and the original plan should have been closed.

I was then told I needed to cancel the old plan myself — something that wasn’t communicated at the time of upgrade. After doing so, the case was escalated again, only to come back with a worse outcome: a refund minus two months’ fees.

So instead of resolving the issue fairly, the situation has actually deteriorated.

Overall, this reflects poor account management and unclear communication. For a paid upgrade handled by their team, I would expect much tighter control over billing and a more reasonable resolution when things go wrong.

I have been with GreenGeeks for several years. No problem has been too small for them to get on the support and help.

I have never felt alone or helpless, i always know to reach out and get the littlest to the biggest questions answered and issues resolved.

My website is gone. I don't know what happened to it but all the files were deleted. I worked with technical support to uninstall WordPress and that did not immediately help the situation. I have no backup for the website. I just checked again and see that what has been restored is not a functioning version of the website. The website is the only public facing communication about the nonprofit effort I am trying to launch in my spare time and the "coming soon" message caused us to lose credibility with Ohio EPA who we seek to work with. It would have been nice if GG would have alerted me to the status when it first happened. I have been using GG tools for years now and find them cumbersome and confusing. I have professionally trained basic web design and have made sites in basic HTML/JS since 2000's but really struggle to create anything good looking using your tools. I didn't even know about this survey until I found your email in Google promotions. I am very frustrated.
