Green Elf Trees Anmeldelser

Absolutely stunning tree and excellent communication/ delivery service including the pick up! We knew exactly when our driver was going to arrive which was super helpful! Look forward to getting another one this year!

We've had our xmas tree delivered from green elf for two years in a row now, and they were both perfect. Beautiful trees, great delivery.

Very easy to order and book delivery. Great quality and well thought out pick up and recycle process and a great cause. Hats off

Efficient and very helpful delivery including keeping customer up to date with information on delivery day

Really gorgeous tree, best we have ever had. It shed a few needles at the start but then kept them all until the end. From beg of dec to january. Delivery was really helpful. Will def use again.

Really nice rooted tree, stayed fresh indoors and is now looking happy in the garden.
Good to be able to support performing arts people in these difficult times.

Excellent organisation, the service, delivery information and tree were top notch. It’s also a great cause.

Good communication and tracking of delivery and not only did they provide a more sustainable service. Everyone who saw our tree commented on how great the quality was. They also offer a collection service which we are great full for! . Loved our tree!

We've used Green Elf for the first time this year and are really happy with our experience. Our tree was beautiful, and the ordering and delivery service was excellent. On the day of delivery, I could track where my tree was, allowing me to accurate plan my delivery time. We love that this company values social and environmental responsibility. Totally happy with Green Elf and will be using again next year.

It's the second year I've used Green Elf Trees. It's easy to order and have the tree delivered. The quality of the trees is great. Plus they have a tree collection service. What more can you ask!

Really superb, beautiful tree and excellent service. Liked the delivery tracking system, so you could see how far away the driver was and plan your day accordingly.

I was a bit apprehensive about ordering a tree that I hadn't seen in the flesh, but having read the reviews took the plunge! I wasn't disappointed! The tree was magnificent. Very well proportioned and looks absolutely brilliant. Thank you very much.

Excellent tree, great delivery. Love the ethos of the company too.

Green Elf Trees is spectacular! I have ordered trees from them for the past two years and both times my trees were perfect. The fact that they support so many worthy charities as well as the arts community makes ordering from Green Elf a very easy decision to make.

We chose to order our tree from Green Elf again after a great experience last year. We cannot fault the service. The tree is excellent quality and was delivered on our chosen date. Pre-delivery communication was great and we found the real time tracking system used was helpful as we knew exactly when to expect the delivery. Our delivery driver was very polite and friendly. We would definitely recommend!

The selection of trees was good and they accommodated a specific delivery date to the school with no issue. There was a reminder the day before about the delivery and on the day itself the tree could be tracked. The school are very pleased with their tree! No hesitation in recommending Green Elf Trees

Just received our tree today for the second year. We chose this company during COVID to help out and we were really happy with the tree so we were delighted to see them back this year. Fantastic shape and quality, delivery process really easy and exactly as planned.
I hope you guys do this every year!

Fantastic service throughout, great communication and friendly staff. And a beautiful tree which looked fantastic throughout the festive season. Will definitely be using again next year.

Excellent service and beautiful sustainable Christmas tree that lasted intact throughout the festivities. We also used their responsible tree collection, which was easy to arrange, mess-free and punctual. Ultimately, their work and commitment in employing out of work musicians and entertainers during the covid difficult times for their deliveries and donation to chosen charities when an order is placed, were the decisive factors for us to choose them. We have been delighted!
