Green electric solar system, had several companies out listened to some rubbish some operators putting panels on my shed,no battery etc.this would be enough to put you straight off ,Neil from Green electric called out ,he went through everything you need to know about the system, answered any questions, great guy great help to us,Sarah rang to make appointment for the engineer to call to us have to say she was only a phone call away if I had any questions or concerns about the job,,engineer called and he went through the whole process with us,really knowledgeable and supportive, also gave me a few tips, great help to us,,,Sarah rang again to make arrangements for the install, now it's happening and I was a bit worried, she assured us that everything will go like clockwork and nothing to worry about,,day of install,
7.40am the electricians arrived and he spoke to me, as they were early he asked did I want him to start b4 8am,I said work away,,seriously the guys were in the attic and at the fuse board,,they were just great,,the roofing guys arrived shortly after and the two guys were outside doing their own work,,not a problem at all,the whole crew from start to finish were very helpful, friendly, professional and I can only give them full marks..
5 star service, 5 star staff,5 star company.
Seriously don't listen to bullsh1t from companies that just want the job,
Call Green electric who wants to give you the service you deserve..
Well done to all at Green Electric.

Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
They fixes my wheelchair bike when others wouldn’t even look at it. They fixed it quickly and kept me in touch. They were all so nice to deal with. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Great service
Great service, quick response rate and got the item I needed on time although the website initially indicated it was out of stock, the guy I spoke to confirmed there was one available and sent it out straight away. The only small thing was the plug on the scooter didn’t fit standard plug so had to buy an adapter and also was told I had to buy a cover separately but in fact the scooter came with a cover, but we haven’t used that yet. Otherwise all good 👍

Hi Kieran, as you know the bike was signed for upon delivery by DPD, with your signature. We're investigating the case and it will likely be a legal matter with the delivery company. In the mean time you received a refund.

They sold me something that was out of…
They sold me something that was out of stock.. stated it was in stock on their website. I then received and email from Cillian apologising for the inconvenience and they'll send me out a different scooter. I then asked for a link to the scooter on their website so I could check it out myself.. and cillian had the nerve to say it isn't listed on our website yet!! After some back and forth we can to an agreement on a scooter and a refund. But of course there was another problem on the horizon. They issued my refund twice, of course. So Cillian was onto me about sending half of it back 🤣 so after everything has been sorted I then receive a tracking link for my order.. and its coming from bloody Spain!!!! The reason I wanted to shop with an Irish company is 1) to shop local and 2) so the product would be here quick. Such a terrible experience for something that should've been so straightforward. If I could give -5 stars I would.

Thanks for your feedback, however we have to disagree with some of the review
Correct, the Scooter was out of stock - we then offered Devin an upgraded newer model - which he happily took. The model is more expensive and higher spec.
As Cillian mentioned, there was a slight issue with the payment processor. We accept responsibility for that and appreciate you returning the money. Very honest.
Regards the shopping local point you make - Scooters aren’t manufactured in Ireland. All Scooters come from China or other Asian manufacturing countries in the Far East. This is the case when you buy them from any seller in Ireland. Funnily, there is no Irish Scooter manufacturer. You obviously don’t understand the concept of “Shopping local” in such an instance. Following on from this, the well-publicised supply chain issues meant the scooter in question was out of stock. As previously mentioned, we replaced and upgraded the product accordingly.
Regarding you point about the product being delivered quickly - we state 3-10 days on the site. Whether the product comes from Ballaghaderreen or Timbuktu - the timescale for delivery is clearly stated on the site and that was met – from memory the scooter was with you in 6 days.
I understand expectations and the clearly stated reality often diverge.
If you had communicated your unhappiness, we’d have happily tried to resolve it. I will agree there are some small issues on our side, though we upgraded your order to make up for that. However, just leaving a poor review based on largely misapprehension on your part, without communicating the issues, frankly shows bad faith and is disingenuous considering the positive communication we received from you prior to the review.
The service in general was good
The service in general was good. The bike I got is perfect and very easy to setup. Good selection and I did it through the bike to work scheme

You have a very good range ebikes
You have a very good range ebikes, scooters etc. But, the delivery took ages and perhaps, you could've done something about it as soon as the customer contacted you.

Thanks for your feedback, but as the review is anonymous it's very hard to discuss the details of the order specifically, as we simply don't know who it is. Our delivery times are 3-10 days, which understandably in the world of Amazon Prime, may seem long. However, this timescale is clearly stated on site.
Sometimes there are issues due to logistics and in light of the current world supply chain problems.
We're very sorry if that impacts on delivery and hope you enjoy your new bike/scooter.
