Very prompt. Nicely packaged. One drawback was the 60 tablets received are two a day and have an expired date of July 2022. Received on 18th July.

Exceptional service
Exceptional service. Products had damaged during transit and they re-dispatched the order promptly. The order arrived in vacuum secured packaging with no damage. I will be ordering from them again.

Thank you for your patience while we resolved that issue ASAP for you. And indeed, we have upgraded our packaging for Floradix bottles to biodegradable air packaging which protects the bottles much better than our previous methods.

My experience with Green Box started on…
My experience with Green Box started on a negative note. The wrong item was delivered. However thanks to the amazing communication(extremely rare these days )via email with David my negative experience soon turned into a prompt fair positive one.
I hope the product lives up to the customer service I received.
