Excellent customer service. The installer attended on time and was courteous and polite. He did the install and then our friendly neighbour asked could we move it as it would get damaged by his boat. The installer didn't blink an eyelid. He was so accommodating and moved the box up to another part of the garden where it would be safe. I highly recommend this company

A great company to deal with - from the people at the homeshow that we met, to David in the office with follow-up and Nick our plumber who installed the system. All our questions were answered, we were kept up to date with what was happening and we'll now get reminders when our filters are due to be changed. Great Water Filters Team has been very proactive, and supportive. The team reached out to me many times when they had to reschedule the plumber. They also advised that they have reminders to send the annual, every 2 years water filter cartridge replacement. Thanks to David, Trish who worked with me to get my water filter installed.
