The tour was well organised, seating etc. Disappointing that we didn’t stop at Oakworth. Hotel was very clean and choice and quality of food was good. Would’ve preferred the coach driver to have a hands free headset, rather than hold microphone towards mouth.

Very good trips, although somewhat rushed at times. Hotel also good. Breakfast fine, but dinner menu rather poor and restricted - we ate out elsewhere at extra cost after the first evening!

We enjoyed breakfast, hotel was very good, only thing l thought could be different was all party having to eat at 7pm, bit like being at school or old people's home!!! Enjoyed outings and train journeys especially Haworth was really amazing
Great group, great manager and a great coach driver/guide.
A great experience. Very enjoyable.
Great value for money. Lots to see . Great hotel although evening food wasn’t great but adequate for monies paid Excellent breakfast
Good Representative and good hotel .

Hi Mr Brooks,
Thank you for your review.
I'm glad the hotel and Tour Manager met your expectations.
Best wishes,
Richard
The excursions were all good, as was the Tour Manager, especially as it was her first experience managing a tour for the Company. The hotel was of a good standard, although I could hear noises from the bathroom of an upstairs' room which I found off-putting! Also, the service for non-tour dinners in the restaurant was painfully slow.
Excellent holiday
An excellent tour, very well run. The highlights for me were the guided tours of the workshops of the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway.
