We did offer to send you another shirt and reduce the price to compensate you as a gesture of goodwill.

the Shirt was described as quality… 9/10
the Shirt was described as quality 9/10... the picture on the homepage wasn't an original picture of the shirt... the logo wasn't in good quality any more (the colors were not that bright any more) and the shirt was dirty... it has 7 (!) little red dots on the white stripes which can't be washed out... as a partial "refund" i got 10 pounds back, which is actually hilarious for the fact that i paid 100 pounds for a 9/10 shirt... in the end i paid 90 pounds for a 5/10 shirt... really dissapointing

We are sorry you are still unhappy with the shirt you received, we did offer for you to return the shirt and we would cover the return postage from France and refund you the shirt price £90 plus the shipping you paid £10.
You said that you would rather keep the shirt and simply clean the storage marks off the shirt.
We then gave you a partial refund for the shirt, as you had 10% off you original order (£10) and you wanted to keep the shirt we gave you another £10 off.
The shirt you received was the shirt that was in the picture on our website every shirt we sell is the one in the photos.
The shirt is not a 5/10 I think you are exaggerating there and if so please contact us for the return and refund.
We did email to apologise for the problem and try to sort this as best as possible for you.
The offer is still open to return the shirt for a full refund not a problem at all.
