Again like others on this site I was dupped into thinking they were a good professional company I've been trying for over 2 years to get my money back. My story like others i met Mike Binns March 2020 b4 lockdown, we agreed the order, total cost of £540 paid deposit £180 then 6 x £60 payments. I requested proofs in the post so I could read them easier, I was told we will send you as many required to get the job done. Delays obviously due to covid not required as quick with been closed. When I started to chase menus, all in all I sent more than 30 emails and around 10 calls, to their 8 emails from different people, starting to think I speak with the same person but they give different names. When menus arrived the main menu, display board and A4 menus were great very happy with them. I had to chase business cards and pudding menus. Table talkers were useless didn't stick properly ashame as these were just what I wanted, I rang they said its because the weather is too hot ?? And to stick them myself. Never received the pudding menus, kept some table talkers back for the winter still didn't stick. I noticed they took 9 payments of £60 not 6 one call made told me that's for the amendments which I was told at the original meeting as many proofs as you want to get the job done? No invoice to back this, just rubbish. They said they would do second run of menus which I declined as I am not going through this again, and requested £180 plus £270 for work not done, and just get past around and no money received. Personally things are not changing as more and more shocking stories, we need to get together and stop this Company taking more and more people's money. Social media is the way forward

Mike and his team are ALL scammers! I paid upfront for a window sunblock strips, almost 200 + vat. Mike is full of b+@£ s*&t. They promised to deliver the "stickers" within 3 weeks and fit 1-2 weeks after that. The window "stickers" took 2 months to appear. I chased them 35 times to arrange the fitting and Mike told me I can do it as it's really easy! I pointed out that I paid for fitting, to which he answered that they are too busy. I then followed up for 8 months asking for a refund. Mike always answers it will be passed to the accounts department. It's now over a year and guess what....I lost the money to this clown scamming outfit!
Please don't believe what they advertise on there website. They WILL SCAM YOU 100%

Please BEWARE, this company is a SCAM. They took a deposit for a job and then stopped communicating. Jon, the Sales contact who collected the money now no longer picks our call. Shaun and Patrick the designers also all ignored our mails. person has refused to call back. Over 3 months no designs, no refund, just silence and every promise of a call back is a lie. Please do not use this company, they're frauds

An embarrassing shambles of a company, avoid any dealings with them.

We agreed to a rep visiting after a cold call, because we were looking for new corporate work wear. A chap turned up with some sample clothes, all absolutely stank of cigarettes. Still, the clothing itself was of good quality, and the pricing was sensible. What we wanted was very simple, the rep wrote out an order form, which I signed, and pictures were taken of our existing clothes to demonstrate how the new clothing was to look.

A deposit payment was taken there and then, fair enough. However, I made the mistake of using my debit card, of which they kept the details. They then took the second payment the very next day (not upon presentation of the proof, as per their own T&C’s). A week later a completely wrong proof was sent through, not at all resembling what was ordered. This was corrected, and I was told 7-10 for delivery of our order.

After repeatedly chasing by phone and email, having to deal with the utter clowns in their production office, our order turned up after nearly 5 weeks. In fairness, the clothes are what we wanted, and the embroidery is of good quality. But they’re clearly just farming this work out elsewhere.

Immediately upon delivery, I reported that one item was missing, short delivered. Given the hassle getting them, I offered the chance to forward the missing shirt, or just refund me for it, their choice. Weeks later, I’m still chasing an answer, and they’re not just refusing to reply. Hilariously, I got a cold call from a lady in their office last week, blissfully unaware they’ve already stitched me up, but at least it proved their outgoing phone lines do work when they try. She made promises to look into it and call me back - unsurprisingly, a week later, no further contact has been made.

I can’t work out if this company is simply a disorganised mess farming work out and badly managing it, or if they’re actively trying to con people, but in either case, I think we’re lucky to have received the order at all. I would strongly recommend avoid any dealings with them.

Please do not use this Company. They are liars and scammers. They do not deliver the goods and use your bank details to debit money from your account. We reported them to trading standards and the police.

i had to put one star because i couldn't leave this section blank. Like a fool i didn't check trustpilot. This company is the worst i have ever dealt with. Started out ok but like the previous comment i had paid the second instalment by card over the phone. They then took all relevant payments before they were due and without my consent. They also promised to fit them at a cost of £119.99 which they never did. I have had every excuse under the sun ie; accounts are busy, accounts on annual leave, managing director is dealing with it, managing directors father Graham Crystal is dealing with it. Money will be in your account by the end of the week, guess what nothing materialised . On my last call i said i was letting our solicitors deal with it the responce was take your best shot. PLEASE PLEASE DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

We used Great British Printers for our signage and business cards etc. The design team cannot be faulted and we received our goods with no issues...until, that is, we decided this year (2021) to order mugs with our logo. Foolishly we paid the deposit with a card instead of via BACS. They then took the full payment from the card without authorisation. We were not happy and were told the money would be returned to the card. It wasn't. We eventually receive an email stating that the mugs we wanted weren't available but they suggested an alternative. We decided against them and asked for a refund. We were told yes.
We waited.
And waited.
And called, only to be told that unless a credit note was raised we would never have received a refund. A note was raised and emailed to us.
We waited...
We kept calling...
A sprained ankle.
The bookkeeper doesn't work on a Friday.
No answer.
No answer.
Very sorry...
Finally got to speak to Graham Crystal - this man appears to be the owner. I was told that he was dealing with it personally and that there was no problem with the company, there was plenty of cash so..
We waited some more...
On another call, the money was being paid into our account by the following Tuesday.
Can you guess what happened? Yes. No payment.
We have now been advised to go through our bank to try and recover the money we are owed, though I fear it may be a forlorn hope.
Please do not use this company for anything at all - you will almost certainly lose your money and get nothing for it except stress and problems. And I recommend that you go to your local Trading Standards and report them - maybe by a group complaint, there will be some action to help the people who are out of pocket.

Scam company! Do not give them a penny of your money.
We ordered over 2 months ago and shortly afterwards got the call “oh I’m sorry we’ve over printed” and shock horror, many others on Google/trust pilot have had the same nonsense - and no products!
I’ve called and emailed twice and both times been fobbed off. SCAM! Do not pay them money.

Beware. Absolute scammers. Great product and promises. I paid in full for 250 of the product. Had a call to say they had overprinted. I have emailed and called and had no reply or success. They have had my money for 4 months and i have nothing. I am just about to issue court proceedings against these scammers. Anyone else?

I had the common scam pulled on me where they "over printed by mistake" and offered to me at a reduced price, this has happened to various customers of theirs check google...they are either scammers or incompetent. The order took over 2 month to get to me then charged me over £14+vat to deliver 6 t-shirts. The company is a joke and the staff are rude and incompetent, not one person is interested in helping you once they've taken your money....they should be prosecuted for trades description act...their not GREAT...and I still have no proof that they print anything.

This is the most undesirable company I have ever dealt with. They totally think it is okay to take money from a stored credit card number without actual authorisation. I don't even think it's legal to store anyones credit card numbers. Obviously the proof is in the pudding seeing the reviews here on trustpilot. Do not use them!!!!!

ABSOLOUTE DISGRACE OF A COMPANY !!!!!!!! HAVE HAD A PAYMENT TAKEN TWICE IN JANUARY BY ERROR FOR AN ORDER WE HAD OFF THEM.
AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS AND PROMISES TO RING BACK OR RETURN THE PAYMENT THIS HAS STILL NOT BEEN SORTED . THIS HAS BEEN ONGOING FOR 7 MONTHS NOW . WE NOW HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO CHASE THIS UP THROUGH THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND TRADING STANDARDS............ WE HAVE BEEN OUT OF POCKET BY £360 SINCE JANUARY AND THEY HAVE STILL FAILED TO PAY THIS BACK ........ JUST BE CAREFUL THEY QUICK TO TAKE YOUR BUISNESS AND MONEY BUT NOT SO QUICK TO SORT OUT ANY ERRORS ON THEIR END I WOULD AVOID USING THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They take money from your bank account without your permission and once you find out they promise you to refund the money forthwith but they will never do and their excuse is they outsource their accountancy (lol)so they have no control on refunding the money as they say!!It has been months fighting with them to get the money and eventually they don’t want to talk to you anymore!and they even don’t reply back to your email! I don’t like to write bad reviews but this company made me do it!I reported them to my fraud bank department to deal with them despite I warned them that I will go that route if I didn’t hear from them but they didn’t care!

Completely over priced, customer service was good until I placed my order. It then went from bad to worse! I gave them a chance of a reprint, this was worse! I then asked for my money back on a different part of the order, this I have had refused a number of times. The owner will now not take any calls. I would advise any one to stay far away! Late delivery, unanswered emails, terrible quality, appalling customer service,

Absolutely awful! Well over priced and got charged more as there they made a mistake on the order, spelling mistakes even after I corrected them, didn't do the right format with colours and layout, also very bad customer service and very long delay on the delivery.

Many promised but very poor customer service and in my case, they failed to deliver on the goods they were paid for. I cannot recommend such poor service, and will never have anything more to do with this company!
