I bought some Clads (they fitted my Kookabarra pads), Velocity Track Trousers Men's Black (selected my exact size and they fit over my thigh guard...id suggest 1 size up if your concerned) and Players 3.0 Black Adult Spike Shoes (spikes came loose and lost 5 despite tightening twice...used thread lock and they have not loosened in 2 games...suggest you use thread lock directly after purchase). All product quality is excellent and from order to delivery i was kept informed and my items were delivered within 3 days

I purchased the Gray Nicolls Mini Game International as a gift for a young child. Unfortunately, the item arrived damaged.

When I contacted customer services, I was told that the product is not intended as a toy, but rather as a display item for a desk or clubhouse. I found this surprising, as the product is clearly advertised as a children’s play set.

I called again the following day and was given the same explanation. Over a month later, the item is still being advertised in the same way, and I am still waiting for my refund.

I would appreciate an update on the status of my refund and clarification on how this product is being marketed, as the current situation is both confusing and disappointing.

Really poor customer service if there is a fault. I purchased a bat for my grandson and it split at his first practice. I have emailed with photo. Called and tried to do the return on line. NO response

Excellent service. We have been with Grey - Nicolls since last year. We ordered the full kit for my son, and he loved the quality of the products at an excellent price. Also, we order quite a few items regularly, and the service is exceptionally fast. Free returns are also a benefit if needed.

Products look good and are good quality. I just had an issue with the thigh pads which were youth size (I'm an adult), but won't stay in position because the elastic is too stretchy and I can't pull it tight enough to be firmly held in place

Gray-Nicolls website is easy to use. The range of equipment is excellent and the quality is very good. Speedy delivery and easy facility to return items if there is a problem. Very happy repeat customer.

I have been buying all sort of products from gray nicols for long time, never disappointed.
Even when a bat once was broken after couple of matches, once returned, refunded promptly.
Bought a pair of shoes in 2020, its just started to rip apart this year.

Always recommend buying direct from gray nicols.
Only downside is the payment option. They only take cards, no PayPal.
Other than that all good.

Great kit - great service. All arrived in good time which pre Christmas is particularly impressive. Thanks GN - superb kit - no surprise that an ever increasing number of pro players at the highest level around the world are using your equipment.

I have tried to save a bit of money by going to other brands or other suppliers and it's a false economy. Gray Nicolls kit is just better.
I have swapped out all my gear for GN over the last few years and have no complaints. Quality is top notch, delivery is quick and trouble free, customer service is excellent and rapid.
I had a problem with a pair of shoes where part of the sole started to separate after two indoor sessions. Return and replacement was drama-free and the new ones have lasted two seasons, good as new.
I have had problems with other suppliers so now go to GN direct and have nothing but praise for them.

We decided to move our supplier: we examined a lot of the companies in the business; we eventually settled on GN bot because they offered the best deals necessarily, but because they offered the best service, and a reliable service, to our members. We 2700 members there are a lot of folk to try and satisfy and we have to say that GN is doing it better than we expected.
